Modern, spacious and full of light, the 4-bedroom Ca Na Borrassa villa is located in an elevated position within a highly sought-after area surrounding Pollensa, offering stunning views over the "Vall d'en March" valley. The villa is surrounded by extensive private lawns and offers many opportunities to enjoy the Mallorcan sun at its best.
Inside, the villa extends over 2 floors, with the main living area located on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper floor. The villa's furniture and decor are modern in style, while large doors provide access to outdoor terraces and the pool. The ground floor lounge is open-plan, cosy, cool and bright. A fully equipped kitchen is located next to the dining room, both adjacent to the living area. There is also a reading room, a guest toilet and a laundry room on the ground floor. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, two of which are double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, while the other two bedrooms (one double and one twin) share a bathroom. One of the double bedrooms has access to a roof terrace offering panoramic views over the pool and gardens.
In the outdoors, the large swimming pool is located within the lawned gardens, and there are a variety of covered and open terraces, perfect for sunbathing, reading a book, dining al fresco or simply enjoying the surrounding beautiful landscapes.
SWIMMING POOL: 11 m long x 5.5 m wide x 4.2 m deep (1.75 m - 1.25 m)

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
