La Courtine Etretat fisherman's cottage 2 minutes from the sea

In the center and 2 minutes walk from the famous cliffs!
Terrace of 40 m² with three spaces: a dining area, a rest area with deckchairs and a space in front of the house with two low armchairs and a coffee table, ideal for coffee, aperitif or reading. You will also find a barbecue / brazier ... to treat you or warm you up!
Ground floor: bright and convivial living room with corner sofa, two trundle coffee tables, a table for 4 which unfolds to eat at 6, a fully equipped open kitchen, with new appliances: dishwasher, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster ... Flat screen TV.
1st floor: bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower and massage jets, washing machine, WC ...
2nd floor: a room with 2 beds of 90, an office / playroom with books, board games, puzzles ...
3rd floor: cozy attic bedroom, with marine frame, a double bed, a sofa, a coffee table and books available.
The rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor are equipped with wooden shutters and the 3rd floor has blackout blinds for the roof windows and hatches for the skylights.

Enchanting!

We stayed in Eretrat for a night and found both the town and property to be beautiful and accommodating. The town and the beach and cliffs are breathtaking. This home is clean, adorable, and super close to everything you could want here! Wonderful!

Special spot in beautiful town

We only had a short stay, but it was absolutely wonderful. Enough space for our family of four to relax and escape the rush and noise of Paris. Since we visited in March, most shops and restaurants were closed, but the well equipped kitchen allowed us to cooks meals at the apartment. We hope to visit again. What a beautiful little town! We did lots of playing and exploring along the beach and were able to rest well at night. Thank you Elsa!

Wir waren zu zweit als Paar hier und es hat uns sehr gefallen.Das Haus ist super, alles genau wie in der Beschreibung, es hat nichts gefehlt. Restaurants, Bäcker und Geschäfte in nächster Nähe, bei Fragen steht die Vermieterin immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln und empfehlen das Haus gern weiter.

Une maison de ville à deux pas du centre, de la plage et des falaises ; le tout au calme ; bref unexcellent séjour ! Seul petit bémol mais ça n’est pas lié à la location ; le prix du stationnement du véhicule imposé par la ville ; ajouté à cela une certaine appréhension à pouvoir retrouver une place de parking dans la rue même si il y a du mouvement et que des places se libèrent. Néanmoins l’emplacement en centre ville permet d’effectuer des tas de visites à pieds ; en évitant de prendre son véhicule. Enfin, excellent contact avec la propriétaire tout au long du séjour pour différente détails pratiques :)

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Ruhige Nachbarschaft, obwohl es im sehr nahe gelegenen Ortskern wegen der spektakulären Umgebung tagsüber etwas hektisch ist. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und konnten sie im Vorgarten abstellen. So war der Weg zum Gratisparkplatz kein Problem. Die Fahrräder braucht man in Étretat aber eigentlich nicht, da alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist und Ausflüge mit dem Rad in die Nachbarorte sind wegen der Steigungen eher was für Profis oder E-Biker.

Eine Oase der Ruhe im Trubel von Etretat

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus und haben dort tolle Urlaubstage verbracht. Einziger Kritikpunkt von unserer Seite sind die Betten. Beide Doppelbetten sind nur 1,40m breit und daher für 2 große Personen eher nicht geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett.

Ruhiges schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben in diesem Haus nichts vermisst. Es ist schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Wir würden uns auf jeden erneut für dieses Haus entscheiden.

Super Lage

Ein schönes kleines Reihenhaus in super Lage 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Wohnen über vier Etagen, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Sehr guter Bäcker sowie Crêperie wenige Meter zu Fuß. Im Ort starker Tagestourismus, das Parken geht am besten auf dem großen gratis - Parkplatz ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß, sonst sehr teuer.

Etretat, a beautiful area with impressive cliffs

The location is great and the vacation apartment is very well equipped. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. We found luckily always a parking spot near the house because it was off season. Thank you very much!

Tolles Häuschen in Etretat

Wir waren zu dritt 3 Nächte im gemütlichen Häuschen und haben u.a. die tolle Lage (Top Bäcker um die Ecke und keine 5 Min zum Strand) und die schöne Terasse genossen. Es hat nichts gefehlt und die nette Kommunikation war prima und schnell. Absolute Empfehlung!
