The apartment is located on the ground floor in a newly built residential complex, well furnished and with attention to detail, it can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, large kitchen / living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, hallway with washing machine and large outdoor terrace furnished with a garden table and chairs, sunshade curtain, outdoor sink. Numbered and reserved parking space adjacent to the apartment
The apartment is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, mosquito nets, TV with decoder, washing machine and clothesline, iron and hairdryer, vacuum cleaner. The kitchen is complete with all appliances, electric oven and microwave, cookware and dishes, a blender. Bathroom, kitchen and bed linen is provided on request at a cost of € 20 per week.
