The property has been totally refurbished with no expense spared, completely new bathroom, new kitchen with all new units and every appliance replaced. All flooring replaced with new carpets throughout. This is a very comfortable holiday home, located just 10 minutes walk from the town centre of St Andrews. The hotel quality beds are brand new zip and link beds and can be available as singles or superking doubles or any combination with comfortable mattress toppers, these beds are very supportive and comfortable with Egyptian cotton sheets from Next. There is a very nice garden area with a table and chairs for breakfasting and also a garden bench which gets the evening sun! The property is located around the corner from Morrisons supermarket and has a Marks and Spencer's just along the road as well. Broadband/WiFi is provided, gas central heating, 42 inch TV and DVD player and digital radio. Noon check out.

A nice quiet neighborhood, close to a couple grocery stores, as well as close to the town, without having to worry about parking. Home is clean and set up well for enjoying a family vacation. Host is responsive and things were communicated well for our stay.

Great property close to food and bus stop. Walkable to city center. Quiet and clean with a nice greenbelt behind the garden. Our host did a fantastic job communicating. Would highly recommend.
Great spot for a base for a few days for my son and me to play golf in the area. Excellent location for quick access to city centre and St Andrews golf courses. Grocery store a block away. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Home itself was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Would stay again.
The home was very clean and well set up for everything we wanted to do - relax, cook a few meals, and explore St Andrews. The beds were very comfortable. Alan, the host, was proactive in reaching out before we arrived and responded promptly when we had a question about the process for departing. We did find the tub/shower very deep to get into and out of, so made use of the broad step that was provided. We would definitely recommend the property.
Clean, well equipped semi-detached house with little garden, very calm and with easy access to St Andrews or the trunk roads for longer trips. Morrisons
store within walking distance. Nice contact with the owner, smooth communication. Perfect for our short visit to St Andrews. We would love to come back.

Loved walkability to grocery, back yard gate leads to lovely walking path. Well equipped kitchen
This house was perfect for our family. We traveled around Fife for multiple days of golf and, this location was perfect!! My husband, adult son, and myself enjoyed all the well stocked amenities in the home. The backyard garden was beautiful. The photos are very accurate and the host was so fast with his communication with us! I would recommend, and I would choose to stay here again if I ever had the chance.
Very comfortable, quiet, and convenient home right on a free roam trail that connects to the Lade Brae garden trail to town. A big grocery store and bus station about one block away. No need for a car in St. Andrews. The owner was very responsive to questions. Would definitely rent again! Only one suggestion: the house needs a serrated bread knife to slice the beautiful bakery loaves at the Morrison grocery store.
Lovely and quiet neighborhood close to several grocery stores. Bus stop is close but we usually walked into the heart of the town for sightseeing and errands. I was with my son starting at university. We took a taxi to the residence hall on the day he moved in.
Very comfortable, clean holiday home with 2 supermarkets nearby and within walking distance of town centre. Private back garden was a bonus. Unfortunately only 1 dessert spoon supplied and grill tray had not been washed since last used but these are minor issues.

Great spot near downtown St Andrews — a 5-minute drive. Ten minute drive from the old course. Easy parking. Near two excellent grocery stores. Owner support.
