Sheets, towels and full kitchen utensils. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and minipimer. Air conditioning in a bedroom and living room. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Two terraces with running water hose. Ketel to heat the water for tea.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, direkt beim Naturpark Cabo de gata und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung war aber nicht sehr sauber, Geschirr und Pfannen waren noch mit Speiseresten der Vorgänger versehen. Um kochen zu können, mussten wir zuerst alles Geschirr reinigen und Pfannen kaufen. In der ganzen Wohnung waren Haare und andere schmuddelige Sachen zu finden. Die Wohnung ist für Hippies vielleicht ok, aber wenn man Ansprüche auf geringste Hygiene oder Sauberkeit hat, würde ich sie nicht empfehlen.
