Pretty Villa in Old 8/10 people near beach
Rental house at Vieil in Noirmoutier, rental week or weekend all year.
Labeled 4 stars in furnished tourism by Clé Vacances.
The house is located in the village of Vieil 4km from Noirmoutier Island and 4km from the Herbaudière. The beach is nearby (500m) and the shops of the village of Vieil also (450m) .It is built in a small residence, very quiet, 4 dead houses. Not overlooked, it faces south on the fields.
It is suitable for 8/10 people. The only small thing to note is that the interior staircase has no ramp or handrail so can be dangerous for infants little used to the stairs.
Ground floor: kitchen open to dining room, 2 bedrooms (double bed + comfortable extra double bed), WC and bathroom (shower).
Floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed + 2x2baths bunk, WC and bathroom (bath + shower)
Quality speakers for ipod / ipad, WIFI, no TV or CD / DVD playerFitted kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron
Large terrace, awning, outdoor sofa, barbecue, outdoor shower at 37 ° C
Baby equipment on request: high chair, cot

This house is very recent (delivered in April 2013). We are very attached to it and we ask the tenants to be very careful not to degrade it. Smokers go outside and we can not take the animals.
Linen is available for rent.
Cleaning is included in the weekly rent (extra for we).
