House of 100 m2 very well exposed due south to the sun and not overlooked, with three bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a shower room with wc, open kitchen equipped with LV LL SL and scullery, comfortable living room and large veranda directly south. Large 700M2 flowered and peaceful garden. new terrace to the west and to the setting sun.
Garage at the bottom of the garden for bikes, garden equipment.
Large enclosed garden and small priest's garden on the kitchen side
very close to Mardi gras beach in the old town and shops (tobacco, mini-market, restaurants, bike rental) all on foot!

Environnement formidable

Grand jardin bien equipé, maison faite pour une grande famille, très fonctionnelle. Au calme et à deux pas de la.plage et des commerces. Super séjour !

Super séjour en famille

Maison familiale très agréable et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, à deux pas des plages, de belles ballades et des commerces de proximité tout en étant au calme... Merci Anne!

Maison agréable et bien située

La maison ne paie pas de mine de l'extérieur, mais est très agréable à vivre à l'intérieur et sur l'une de ses terrasses rénovée avec goût et bien exposée au soleil du matin et du soir. Elle est en outre très bien équipée en ustensiles de cuisine et merveilleusement située, à proximité des plus beaux endroits de l'île.

Idéal famille

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine avec nos 4 enfants. La maison est joliment décorée, idéalement située (tout proche du centre du Vieil et de la plage), très bien équipée, c'est une maison de famille où il fait bon vivre !
