Perfect Beach Town Home Away From Home!

This is how you want to spend your vacation in South Haven! Upper level condo with balcony overlooking courtyard and shops in the heart of downtown. Just steps away from your front door are many unique shops and bakeries, diverse restaurants, bars, coffee shops, wine tasting rooms, and even a wonderful small town movie theater- all in a family friendly beach town.
Walk around the corner to the river walk and enjoy a picturesque stroll down to the beach and pier. Beautiful South Beach is just a ten minute walk away. On Wednesdays and Saturdays during the summer, browse the beautiful South Haven Farmers Market just two blocks away at the South Haven pavilion. Our condo has a queen bed (new bed bought in 2023!) in the loft bedroom with an airy living space on the main level. There is sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress is in living room (new in 2023 also!). Lots of windows for the sun rays to shine in! Clean and comfortable with the amenities you expect for enjoying your time in your home away from home in South Haven!

The property was very clean and had so much beautiful natural lighting. It looks just like the pictures. It is also a great location to be able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location right downtown South Haven. Condo is located right above the shops. Beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive and kind. Checked in with us when there was severe weather in the area. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3rd stay at this condo, and it remains our favorite lodging in South Haven. The location is incredibly practical. South Beach is walkable and many restaurants are nearby. The sleeping arrangements require a little maneuvering for our family of 4, but it works perfectly for us. The two adults take the queen bed up in the loft. Downstairs, one kid sleeps on the pull-out sofa, and we set up a small air mattress (supplied by us) on the floor for the other. The unit is clean, well maintained, and stocked with all the practical household supplies we need for the week. We plan to keep coming back.

Pros: location, location, location. Love that it’s right downtown and close to the beach. Clean with the amenities you need. Possible Cons: You do have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the apt and a spiral staircase to get to the bedroom loft, so those who are not the best with stairs should be aware. If you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night then you also have to climb down in the dark. There is no parking other than the town/street parking, but the free town parking lot was only a small block away. There are no shower supplies (shampoo/conditioner), but most people bring their own. It’s just a small thing, but there were no Kleenex.

This place was incredible and so close to the beach. The parking was a problem, there weren't many spots near the property and it's on a busy street, but that didn't ruin our trip at all. We are already planning our next stay here!
