As part of our exclusive neighborhood association, you will also have full access to the private three-hole golf course located directly on the property.
We are perfectly situated just a short walk from the bay and the local Schooner restaurant, and only a 15-minute drive from the famous Tillamook Cheese Factory.
Welcome! As our guest, you have full and private access to the entire home and property. We want you to feel right at home, so please enjoy all the amenities the house has to offer during your stay.
I live locally and am always available if you need any assistance or have questions during your stay. While I plan to give you space to enjoy your vacation, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all.
Our house is just a few blocks from the Netarts Bay and walking distance to the Schooner restaurant and Upstairs Bar And Grill.
There are little markets and a coffee shop that are in walking distance as well.
There are many activities that you can walk to you, I do recommend having a car to get around.
The Tillamook Wave our public transportation and actually shuttles from Portland to the coast.
It might take a little while but it is totally doable to take the bus from Portland and then get on the Netarts bus.
To ensure our neighborhood remains compliant with HOA regulations, please note our strict parking policy.
Guests are permitted a maximum of three vehicles: two in the driveway and one in the garage. We offer additional parking on our adjacent property, which has plenty of space for boats or extra vehicles.
Please be aware that street parking is strictly prohibited; any violations result in a $500 fine, which is the sole responsibility of the guest.

No smoking, parties, or events
Parking: There is space for 4 cars in the driveway and 1 in the garage. There is no street parking allowed. All 3 cars must fit in the driveway. The HOA will enforce a $500 fine per day for a violation. If any fine is issued during your stay, it is yours to pay.
Check-in is any time after 4PM and check out by 11AM~ Please let us know if you plan to check out early.

~Quiet Hours from 10 PM -8 AM~ Be kind to our neighbors. Tillamook County has started a Hello Neighbor Program. This requires renter`s good citizens in our community while visiting. There is a $500 fine for noise ordinance violations. Please adhere to the quiet time hours.
Pets~ Per HOA rules we are no longer allowed to accept pets
Check Out~
Wash towels and start them in the dryer. You can do this the night before to make things simpler.
Wash and put away all dishes used.
Place your trash in the outside receptacle.
Lock all windows and doors
