Wonderful place to stay

We loved this place. It was clean, and the hosts were great. Communication was outstanding and they were kind enough to let us keep our bags in the unit before we checked in so we didn't have to store them in a locker at the train station. Would stay here again if we return to Rome.

Great location

Great location and walkable to many key attractions. Excellent hosts who went above and beyond to accommodate an early check in and helped us out when our flight home was cancelled. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

We will definitely stay here again

This apartment was perfect for our family trip to Rome! It was centrally located and a quick walk to all the historical sights. Carli and her husband were wonderful to work with and gave us recommendations for tasty restaurants. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!

Our Roma stay.

Loved the keyless entry, beds were comfortable, loved how each bedroom had it's own thermostat. Very good location, close to train, metro and buses. Well stocked appliances. Our only complaint was there was some street noise at night and the view from the patio was disappointing.

Stunning Decor

This property is on a great street with many pastry shops and restaurants. In addition, the decor is modern and stunning . The AC is controlled separately in each bedroom and it has a clothes dryer which were a plus! Best accommodation so far on our trip! We highly recommend !

Great apartment in a perfect location!

Can't say enough positive things about our stay, the apartment, and the owners! The apartment is in a great location, close walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, etc., beautifully furnished and comfortable. The owners met us when we arrived, showed us around, explained everything, gave recommendations on food and things to do, and let us drop off our bags early in the morning before our rooms were ready. Definitely stay here when in Rome! Thank you Carla!

Great Place in Rome

The host and property were both amazing! It was my family’s first trip to Rome, and I don’t know that we could have picked a better location. It felt like it was right in the middle of everything, and still felt very safe. The host of our property was incredible as well!! She assisted us in coordinating transportation from the airport after a long day of traveling, and was very helpful with any other questions we had. I do not typically write reviews, but I feel this property and host were that amazing and the review was well deserved!!

The property is badly maintained and the kitchen is not functional. The wiring is not modern and besides not working looks dangerous. The host is friendly and informative but I would not stay here again. It is too bad because the location is good.

Simply Perfect

Renting this accommodation was perfect. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a kitchen. It was central to so many restaurants and the metro. The best part are the hosts. Carla was so quick to respond to any questions and they even visited to say hello and goodbye. They arranged transport for their driver both ways to the airport for a fee. The day we left, the street was closed but she helped easily facilitate for an alternate meeting point around the corner for us and the driver. Overall, a wonderful stay!

One night in Rome

Our family of 5 stayed here one night before flying home. It was a great location near Termini and historic center. We had already spent 4 days in Rome at the beginning of our trip. This apartment had three bedrooms which is rare. It would be a great place for a family with 3 or 4 kids. However, there is no living area or sitting space so it would have been tough for our family to stay longer. We like to eat in, play card games and hang out at night. The main apartment was clean but one of the bathrooms Had some mold.

The apartment is exactly as shown in their photo, very clean and comfortable. You are 7 minutes from Coliseum, close to grocery and cafes. Carla and her husband are perfect hosts. Very attentive and very quick to respond to our questions and needs. Very recommended this apartment.

This property is in an awesome location! Stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. We walked to many of the famous attractions, and enjoyed many of the restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate area. It is very close to the train station, which has the amazing Market Centrale. Carla and her husband are perfect hosts! Very attentive and very quick to respond to our questions and needs. The Apartment is exactly as shown in their photos, very clean and updated. There is not a living room, but the enclosed patio off the kitchen is nice. The apartment is quiet and was a perfect place to rest at the end of each day. We felt very safe and very comfortable. Wonderful stay, would choose again!
