Shorely Goodness: PierView Unit 105 is our newest addition to the family - and it's pup-friendly & oceanfront!!

This direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in Nags Head – right in the center of it all! Within an easy drive of many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, we’re sure you will agree that the location can’t be beat.

Fall asleep each night to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to beautiful sunrises from your porch with unobstructed views of the ocean. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs (2), cable, WiFi, and an in-suite washer and dryer.

Sleeping arrangements include: one king-size bed, one twin bed, and one queen bed. Linens (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and sheets) are provided by an independent vendor and the beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access and a well-maintained people elevator to bring you to and from this 1st floor unit (second if counting the pull under parking spaces). Two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills in the common area, and a children’s play space are also available for your enjoyment.

Our awesome caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as committed to your experience as we are.
