Welcome to a modern practical and tastefully decorated and fully equipped single-story house in popular Gyllebo leisure area in Simrishamns municipal. The house has 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 persons. The spacious parking has a e-vehicle loader. Experience Österlen's restaurants, galleries, shops and not least the fantastic scenery. Enjoy the sun and nice bathing in the lake or sea in the summer and cozy in front of the fireplace in the winter. Large terrace with calming views over a field with its wildlife. Try Skåne's own champagne at Köpingsberg and visit Ale Stones. The popular golf course of Lilla Vik and Djupadal is a short 10 minute car ride away.
Free WIFI (fiber) and International TV channels. Even Chromecast is available to stream your favorites. The house is allergy-friendly and smoking and pets are therefore not allowed.

Wild boar have damaged parts of the lawn spring 2020. Keep the gate to the parking closed as much as possible. Note that electricity and cleaning is not included in the rate.

Übersetzter Text The house is very tasteful and furnished with love. We had a lovely stay. It is located in a very quiet area, great to go for walks or bike rides. There were two things alone that we noticed negatively. First, we were informed shortly before the vacation by an email from the landlords that electricity must be paid in addition to the payments already made. The money for the electricity had to be left in cash in an envelope in the house at the end of the stay. In a country where almost everything is paid by card or app, it is quite complicated to get the exact matching cash amount for the amount of electricity used. Moreover, neither on the website nor in the booking confirmation these additional costs were pointed out beforehand. The second point was that when we wanted to use the washing machine, we found that the entire detergent compartment was full of black mold and the machine as a whole had obviously not been cleaned for a long time. So before the first wash we had to do an intensive basic cleaning of the machine. Overall, the cottage is really recommendable and we had a relaxing vacation.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Schweden

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in Gyllebo. Das Haus bietet sämtlichen Komfort. Die Küche ist mit allem was notwendig ist ausgestattet. Gartenmöbel sind umfangreich vorhanden und von der Terrasse, mit einer Sonnenmarkise, genießt man einen herrlichen Ausblick in die Natur. Wir haben Wildschweine und Rehe beobachtet und der Fasan kam täglich sogar bis an die Terrasse heran. Als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradausflüge gut geeignet. Z.B. nach Simrishamn (da kann man auch baden) oder nach Glimminge Hus. Auch rund um den See kann man schön Radfahren oder Wandern. Die ganze Umgebung Gyllebo und Gyllobosjön ist als Naturgebiet eingerichtet mit zahlreichen Wander / Lehrpfaden. Den Kontakt mit dem Vermieter können wir sehr positiv bewerten. Er war bei allen Fragen immer sehr hilfsbereit.

Superschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage und guter Ausgangspunkt an der Südküste Schwedens

Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage in dem Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer in die Natur hervorragend. Auch bei wechselhaftem Wetter ein Erlebnis.

Ruhiges, geräumiges Ferienhaus mit großem Garten

Prima Haus mit großzügiger, neuer Ausstattung. Haus ist schön hell, lässt sich zum schlafen ausgezeichnet durch Verdunklungsrollos abdunkeln. Badestelle am See fußläufig zu erreichen. See ist nichts besonderes, ist ok. Am wunderschönen Meer waren wir öfter. Dazu braucht es dann aber schon eine Autofahrt.

Haus im Wald

wir können uns den bisherigen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen, ein sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger und naturnaher Umgebung. Besten Dank an die jederzeit hilfreichen Gastgeber. Eine Anregung hätte ich aber doch noch, da wir mit eAuto angereist sind, wäre es natürlich toll gewesen, wenn man das Auto an einer Wallbox aufladen könnte.

Ein schönes Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Bis zum weitläufigen Strand sind es ca. 10 Autominuten, bis zum einkaufen 15. Wir haben uns im Hause sehr wohl gefühlt, vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen tollen Blick in die Natur und kann regelmäßig wilde Tiere beobachten. Die Strände sind märchenhaft schön. Wir haben auch die Abende am Kamin sehr genossen. Auch Ales Stenar ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und unsere Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter, wir kommen gern wieder.

Det gick bra att hitta bostaden. När vi kom då var två rutor brutna, så vi städade det. Städningen var inte tillräcklig, toaletten var inte städat och golvet inte moppad. Vi fick gratis städning då efteråt. Skulle rekommendera för familjer, och vi vill gärna hyra bostaden igen.

Väldigt fint och fräscht. Vi fick bra och tydliga instruktioner av hyresvärden gällande nycklar etc, huset var väldigt fint, omgivningen tyst och lugn.

Mycket bra boende.

Ett mycket bra boende. Allt är välordnat och trevligt. Rikligt med köksutrustning. Det är lätt och avkopplande att bo här.

Wir waren mit der Familie in Gyllebo und hatten mit dem Haus einen ideale Basis für unsere Erkundungen in Südschweden. Auch der nahe Badesee lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Why they chose this property

This is one of the most beautiful pieces of land in the area, with a free view over the field and possibility to see wild life (deer, moose, foxes, badger, feasant, hares etc) from the big teras or from the living. The house has all you need for a relaxing vacation. With the most beautiful beaches, a lake and a nature reserve nearby, the ingredients for a relaxing vacation are present. This part of the country is known for the presence of many art-artists that exhibit their paintings, pottery etc. to the public. Enjoy the local products directly from the farms or harbours around.
