Amazing Mondello home

Anna's home is so close to Mondello Beach! Plenty of room for our family and definitely bigger than the pictures make it seem. Check in was smooth and easy. She was very responsive when we couldn't get hot water but we figured it out right away. A wonderful stay.

Mondello Beach steps away!!

We loved our stay in this perfect home! We walked to the beach daily restaurants and grocery was close by also! All the comforts and we had parking on premises!! We rented a car at the airport and tooled around Sicily and drove into Palermo! It was lovely!! We highly recommend this place our host was very good and communicated with us promptly to answer our inquiries!! I’d give Anna and her home 10 stars if I could!!

Very comfortable, lovely enclosed courtyard and garden, well maintained. However, we are from the UK and do like a cup of tea, but sadly, no kettle! But we had a lovely time

Nicer than the photos show

The photos do not do justice to the place. It is much bigger, airier, and nicer than the photos show. It is clean, there's a lovely garden and grill. The kitchen worked well for cooking. There's a really lovely grocery store within walking distance. The host is easy to communicate with. The location is terrific because it's super close to the beach and to restaurants and other businesses in town. A few specifics: - water pressure in the showers is very weak, so be ready for a slower shower experience. - if you are planning to mostly go to the free beach, this place is ideal. If you want to rent chairs and umbrellas, then you'll have about a mile walk on the boardwalk to get there to where you can rent something. All other closer spots are rented by the season. - the host offers some beach towels. they also offer beach chairs, but they are all broken. So, your best bet is to rent chairs. For us, this place was ideal.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro in questa struttura; due adulti e due ragazzi. La villa è situata in una posizione perfetta, a due passi dal mare, dalla piazza, dai bar. La casa in sè è dorata di tutti i confort. Da non sottovalutare l'aspetto dell'alto numero di zanzare che è una nota dolente poiché non si può godere appieno degli spazi aperti. Occorre sicuramente fare un'opera di disinfestazione. La proprietaria si è dimostrata disponibile, ma nel momento in cui si sono manifestati degli inconvenienti che comunque ha risolto, ci ha invitati a lasciare l immobile se non soddisfatti e di non disturbarla più. In definitiva il soggiorno complessivamente è stato positivo.

Abbiamo soggiornato ad agosto, due coppie con due bambine piccole. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Era la seconda volta che stavamo in questa villa e si è riconfermata un'ottimo scelta per gli spazi interni, la veranda esterna e per la comodissima posizione a due passi da tutto! il posto perfetto per una vacanza a Mondello

Casa ampia e dotata di ogni comfort (dalla lavatrice alla lavastoviglie), a due passi a piedi dal mare (fondamentale con le temperature estive). Giardino ideale per pranzare e cenare all'aperto, con privacy massima. Anna è una host gentile e disponibile. Raccomando senza esitazione.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Anna qui nous a très bien reçus. La maison est idéalement située. Nous avons bien profité de la jolie terrasse. L'intérieur est aménagé avec goût et la maison est très bien équipée. Encore mieux que sur les photos!

Keurig nette bungalow op loopafstand strand

Heerlijk schoon ruim huis met veel ruimte rondom het huis om te zitten. Alles in de buurt, strand restaurants, drankje doen, boodschappen. Eigenlijk heb je geen auto nodig. Wandelen rond capo Gallo is geweldig. Communicatie met Anna ging prima en snel via whatsapp.

Molto confortevole, fornita di tutto il necessario. Ottima la posizione rispetto alla spiaggia di Mondello e zona piuttosto tranquilla. Però si consiglia di effettuare delle migliorie e curare anche i dettagli, per rendere il soggiorno ancor più piacevole.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour nous avons séjourné avec 2 enfants de 8 ans et 4ans. C’était très bien ,Anna et son mari ont vraiment été très gentils, très réactifs à toutes nos demandes. Nous recommandons cette location, la maison est confortable, pratique, bien située et sécurisante. La plage de Mondello est vraiment splendide ! Tout est facile d accès !

A very nice house close to the beach

A very nice house not far from the beach, we stayed for 2 weeks with our 2 kids 9 and 14 years old. Anna took good care of us when we arrived and showed us the house and gave us some good advices during our stay. The people here are very nice and the food is great. Casa Vacanza "Ammare" was a great place to stay!!

Just WOW! This was such great place to stay at. The house has everything you could imagine needing on a beach vacation getaway. The host was wonderful and speaks fluently in english and french. I really can't describe how great this place was, we were less than two minutes from Mondello beach and all of the local places to eat YUM. I can't wait to take my family back!!!
