SET OUT OVER 3 LEVELS AND DECORATED TO A HIGH STANDARD, THE HOUSE OFFERS A COMFORTABLE LIVING ROOM, A LARGE, FULLY EQUIPPED OPEN PLAN KITCHEN WITH SEPARATE DINING AREA AND A LOVELY BALCONY WITH SEA VIEWS. THREE BEDROOMS, INCLUDING ONE MASTER ARE SITUATED ON THE TOP FLOOR. ON THE LOWER FLOOR THERE ARE TWO FURTHER BEDROOMS WITH THEIR BATHROOMS AND A SEPARATE SEATING AREA. THE UTILITY ROOM IS SET ON THE MEZANINE LEVEL. IN ALL, THE HOUSE OFFERS 5 BEDROOMS AND 4 BATHROOMS WITH A FURTHER BATHROOM SERVING THE DECK & POOL AREA.
