Holidays in an independent apartment of about 75 m2 in a recently renovated stone and wood cottage (parquet in all rooms and also in the living room). Our structure is composed of only 2 apartments (for a total of 10 beds). In this apartment 2 bedrooms with double beds and large living room (in which it is possible to add 1 comfortable double sofa bed in a secluded position), also bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen inside the apartment with stove, fridge / freezer, oven (also microwave), etc., TV with digital terrestrial and satellite, free wifi internet, air conditioning in all rooms. Private panoramic terrace accessed from the living room, equipped with table, chairs, sun umbrella, barbecue for barbecuing. Supply of linen and towels for rooms, bathroom and kitchen. In the property, completely fenced, a small playground for children (with small soccer field and minivolley), garden and swimming pool. The property is located in a very quiet area, set on a hill with a panoramic view, surrounded by woods or Mediterranean scrub, within a wildlife reserve. There are marked trails for hiking and mountain biking. The historic center of Città di Castello is just 7.5 km away with a paved road, except for the 4 km we have shops, market, butcher, restaurants, pizzerias. Just 35/40 minutes by car Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Arezzo, Cortona and near many other characteristic towns and villages between Umbria, Tuscany, Marche and Emilia Romagna.
