The house is located on a plot of 33 thousand meters and is fully immersed in the green.
It has 2 comfortable double rooms with en suite bathroom and dressing room plus a guest toilet.
The kitchen is completely equipped.
The spacious living room of 200 mt has direct view and access to an 800mt terrace equipped with table and sofa area to enjoy lunch and dinner outdoors.
The terrace continues with a lawn garden where the private swimming pool and exclusive use of our guests, equipped with comfortable sun loungers.
