About this property

A cute and cosy cottage, close to the train station.

Centrally located between Glasgow and Edinburgh, this bespoke cottage has been lovingly refurbished to provide high end accommodation with open plan bedroom, living and kitchen area. The cottage is a two minute walk from the train station and local amenities, baker, restaurant, cafe, pharmacy, mini supermarket and lots more. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Our studio cottage is a mix of modern and Scottish theme decor epitomising open plan living. We provide a comfy king size bed with extra blankets for extra warmth on those cold winter nights. The property has been well insulated and warmth is provided by electric heating. The comfy sofa can also be a sofa bed. You can watch TV on the sofa or in comfort of your bed as it is attached to a moveable bracket.
Our kitchen is equipped with all the tools for a three course meal if that is something your heart desires.

Nice cottage, just down the lane is good tesco, and just over the rail pathway from city centre with a great laundry service just down from the cathedral.

Cobblers cottage exceeded our expectations! Tastefully decorated, very comfortable and everything you need for a relaxing break! Would definitely recommend to others! Very close to Dunblane Main Street making a suitable location.

Cost cottage

Loved our stay in Cobblers Cottage. Great location next to the town centre although the only slight downside was the noise of the trains, but it wasn’t too bad, other than the driver who hit the horn at 4:30am. 😂 beautifully decorated and immaculate; would definitely recommend for a romantic getaway.

No car, no worries

Great location, for onward travel and for easy short walk to grab groceries or enjoy a meal out at various restaurants and bars. Peaceful walks on both sides of the river, warm and friendly town with winding cobbled streets and interesting architecture. Cottage as advertised, bed very comfortable.

Loved it!

What a great studio!! It is set up so well and has lots of wonderful amenities and cute touches, like the Scottish vocabulary coasters. Location is outstanding, VERY easy few minute walk to the train station, Tesco, and several restaurants, was able to walk right up the street to the golf course. We are already thinking about a trip back to Scotland and would love to stay here again!

Dunblane was lovely

The location is superb for visiting the village of Dunblane. It is perfectly located to vist major cities via the train station nearby. By car you can visit all other historic sites within a half hour time. I would suggest if you are a "light" sleeper, earplugs may help for the passing trains. Although they did not hinder my sleep and weren't that often.
