It also comes with a kitchen diner and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a lawn to the front and a lawn to the rear with patio and furniture. A charming bungalow in an excellent location.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front and rear lawn with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: The garage is only accessible from the single rear door, the main door can not be opened the garage contains an outside tap for washing off pets should it be needed. Please note: Enclosed rear garden. Please note: This property has a a good house keeping bond of £200.00
