Clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beach chairs and extras were a great plus. The shower door would not close, but this was communicated to us ahead of time, as a previous guest broke it. The balcony is still undergoing repairs, so we miss not being able to use it. We have stayed here before and the balcony is a great perk when it is available.

You cannot beat this place for value (great place for this price!), location (right across from the beach and next to restaurants!), and host (amazing communication!). We are particularly grateful to the host for getting us free parking even though we didn't give him our information until the night before (sorry about that!).Thanks, too, for the cleanliness and for all the fun beach amenities. We had a great time!

We loved our stay and would highly recommend to family and friends. Hoping to return soon. Some of the items that stand out were the beach chairs and umbrella, laundry on site, closeness to the beach and restaurants. The unit was very clean and well stocked! Thank you for having us.

Love staying in Peter’s condo! This is at least our 6th time and it keeps getting better. The place is clean and bright and has everything you need. Plus there’s no substitute for being able to walk out your door, cross the street and walk into the ocean!

The location was perfect. I traveled by myself so the apt was perfect for me although I don't believe it would've been a problem for 2 people. I loved that it was quiet because I was looking for just some quiet beach time. I would stay here again!!
