En slidt ejendom

Huset virkede slidt, køkkenet var meget slidt. I annoncen var der lovet ovn og kaffemaskine, ingen af delene var der, men udlejer kom dagen efter ankomst med en miniovn, som var snavset og godt brugt. Kaffemaskinen viste sig at være en italiensk kaffekande til gaskomfur. Der var lovet Wi-Fi i annoncen og som vi havde betalt for, men det var gået stykker i følge udlejer, så han håbede vi kunne bruge vores egne telefoner. Den mulighed havde vi ikke, så udlejer fik ordnet noget WI-FI til os dagen efter. Der var en skøn udsigt fra huset, men adgangen til huset indeholdt mange trapper og kan ikke anbefales til gangbesværede. Udlejer var flink og nem at tale med.

Schöne Lage, große Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer, Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto ca. 5 min. entfernt, eigener Parkplatz, sympatischer Vermieter, gute Ausstattung, hatten das Haus 2017 schon einmal gemietet

Tout d'abord du positif, un accueil chaleureux dans un lieu de rêve. Ensuite, quelques remarques : 1) un logement qui mériterait un rafraîchissement, ce que le propriétaire a planifier de faire cette année. 2) liste des équipements à mettre à jour, comme : - pas de four micro onde - barbecue non utilisable en Août Ceci-dit, malgré ces quelques points, nous avons passé une super semaine.

Calme, parfait pour un couple

Très calme et propriétaire attentif. Manque un four, c'est pénalisant pour la cuisine. Par contre, j'aurais aimé que le propriétaire me fournisse la facture promise par lui lors de nos échanges avant le séjour.

Great place and super host

The villa has a wondering view and the sea and has all the equipement. As a piece advice a car is required to get to the beaches and other locations.

Un panorama da sogno

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 settimane in questa bella casa con un panorama bellissimo . Mariano è stato molto gentile ed ospitale e ci ha dato diversi consigli. La casa rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione dell'annuncio, ampia e comoda. Da consigliare agli amici. Adorabile il terrazzino , che abbiamo utilizzato soprattutto per le colazioni e gli aperitivi e le cene al tramonto
