Our apartment BartoloBeachApartment is located in the center of the city, in a quiet and quiet street with immediate access to all the interesting areas of the city.
1 minute from the Paseo and Playa de La Concha.
3 minutes from the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd.
8 minutes from the Old Town.
8 minutes from the port.
You can enjoy the atmosphere and bustle of San Sebastián and at the same time, rest comfortably in our two bedroom apartment, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and lounge with smart TV and wireless Internet throughout the apartment.
Upon your arrival, we will give you all the indications and advices about the most recommended bars and restaurants in the city (the list will be long and extensive .....)
During your stay and before your arrival, you will be able to contact us when you deem it convenient, to clarify any doubts that you may have. We will try to make your arrival to our apartment and to San Sebastian as easy as possible.

The apartment was well located close to the beach and the old town and it’s restaurants and essentially within walking distance of everything that interested us. Newly renovated with good amenities and a very helpful host. Fairly quiet street as well.

3-day stay

Had a great stay in a beautiful city. It's a very nice place with a helpful host who met us there personally. We had a bit of difficulty finding the place because our car navigation kept trying to take us down one ways the wrong way, but some of the difficulty was probably due to jet lag! I would highly recommend!

Beautiful Apartment at the Beach

The apartment was perfect for us and had everything we needed. It was comfortable, quiet, and had many details that went above and beyond to make the stay an outstanding one. The apartment is so close to the beach and in a great location to explore the neighborhoods of San Sebastián. Carmen was a phenomenal host, meeting us at check in to show us the apartment. She also left us a bottle of wine, a plate of cherries, and everything needed for morning coffee. Communication was excellent!

Lovely apartment!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Carmen's apartment. It was a good size for us (one parent and two kids in their 20's), very clean and well equipped. As advertised, it was very close to the beautiful La Concha beach and walking distance to the Old Town and other neighborhoods. Carmen was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

San Sebastián gem

Fabulous property , clean , cute and very clean ! The beds were amazingly comfortable , Carmen helped us with planning and booked taxis for us . She very generously left us a bottle of wine and a fruit basket , that was enough for breakfast for two days ! We will be back .

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bartolo Beach Apartment. Carmen was so sweet to greet us in the evening after our train arrived. Since we arrived in San Sebastian late in the evening, she thoughtfully provided fruit, coffee, and milk so that we had something to eat in the morning before we started on our day. We loved her book of recommendations and the wine was such a lovely touch. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and so comfortable. We slept so well during our stay. It was ideal for our family of four. The location was just perfect as it is only a block from the beautiful beach and within walking distance to all old town. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return one day! Thank you, Carmen!

Great range of facilities throughout and English TV channels available. En-suite bedroom on the ‘snug’ side for floor space, but everything you need and this was surpassed by the comfy king size bed.

Perfect apartment close to the beach and great hosts

We couldn't have asked for a better stay when visiting San Sebastian for the first time. Carmen was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment was perfect for our family, fully equipped and very clean. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Carmen left us some supplies; milk, fruit, coffee and a delicious bottle of white wine, which was much appreciated after a long drive! We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

San Sebastián Stay - Great host, property and location

We loved our stay in San Sebastián. The apartment was perfect and had a great location. Carmen is extremely helpful and welcoming. As a plus there is a fantastic restaurant on the street La Marmalade. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing city apartment in Donastia with the 'queen of beaches' La Concha a few steps way!

Beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment Bartolo Beach had all you need for a fabulous stay in this lovely city. Carmen was an amazing host who was there to greet us. Along with a personalised welcome of fruit, beer, wine and a thoughtfully put together information pack. Nothing had been too much trouble for Carmen during our booking and stay.
