'Atlantic Hideout' on the Beach & Great Location!

Ocean front view, 3 bedroom condo with large balcony and view of West Folly Beach and Kiawah. Visiting historic Charleston for the day, walk the Battery, horse drawn carriage rides through the Holy City, and explore the historic slave market place, picnic at the WaterFront Park. If there is time visit an Antebellum Plantation or Mansion, adventure to the Aquarium, stop at a local hot spot to catch up on the local Charleston gossip, or take a sunset cruise in The Charleston Harbor! The property does have 2 covered off street parking spots included.
There are 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with a king size bed, guest room with a queen size bed and an additional bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is also a new modern modular sofa that converts to a Queen sleeper by pulling out a drawer on the bottom left and lifting upon on two handles, without any bars or bed frame. The property comes fully furnished inclusive of trash bags, laundry and dish detergent, hand soap all linens inclusive of Bath, hand towels and wash clothes, Paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom.

Great accommodations for couples, small families, or slightly larger group. The condo is spacious, comfortable, clean, and is well equipped. Its location is perfect for a short walk to town, restaurants, the pier, or beach access. Close enough for entertainment and activities while in an area that's quiet and low key for relaxing. Whether sitting inside or on the balcony there are perfect ocean views. On-site parking in the garage or open lot is a plus. Convenient access to the condo via stairs or elevator. The host is friendly and happy to help with any questions and responds quickly.

Parking off street was convenient. The beach view and access point was very convenient. The condo was clean and spacious. Good value for money. Beach towels are provided but beware that there are no beach chairs for guests so buying or renting is an additional cost required.

Wonderful spot! Spent Thanksgiving here with the kids and dog. Has everything you need from a wonderful balcony view of the ocean to a quick walk to all the restaurants/bars. We will be staying again!

Location, location, location is all that really needs to be said. The condo was clean. There are at least 2 blow dryers for sure. We loved being able to see the beach and hear the waves. The 3 bathrooms were very convenient. We had 2 covered parking spots which were perfect. The parking spots are tight in the spaces if you have a large SUV or long bed truck with crew cab. There is a working elevator. The master bedroom gets a lot of natural light. The host was very responsive to questions and even gave us some restaurant recommendations. We definitely want to come back soon!

This was our second time staying at this condo and it was wonderful! You can’t beat the beachfront location and short walk to all the restaurants on Center St! And the condo is super spacious with a great balcony overlooking the beach. We love it here and hope to be back soon!

The house was in a great spot and pricing was reasonable. No major issues. There were a bunch of tiny things that added up. I think a lot of small corrections would help tremendously. * A lot of light bulbs were out* The main TV was very old. The speakers were blown and picture distorted.* Toliet seat in master bedroom needs replaced.*Water filter on fridge needs replaced* Light under microwave did not work consistently.* Only a few towels and wash cloths present at the condo.* Some doors would not shut all the way and could use adjustments.* Silverware drawer by fridge was falling apart.As I said, small things but it made the house feel like there hasn't been active corrections on it for some time.

Wonderful location only 100 feet or so (including the boarwalk) from the building back entrance to the beach - beautiful view straight to the beach from the balcony.
