Self-catering Villa da Natureza is a property legally licensed by tourism in Portugal with Registration No. 54816 / AL, recently built following the traditional Madeiran line, located on a plot of about 2000m, in a rural area overlooking the Sea and mountains offers all the tranquility necessary for a relaxed and comfortable holiday. 1 Km. From the center of Santa Cruz and the beach, 2 Km. From the airport.
This property dispose of a yard with about 400 meters in Madeiran sidewalk and gardens. In the adjacent lands the property predominates the planting of several fruit trees.
The house is arranged on two floors, on the first floor we find a large living / dining room, a kitchen, barbecue, WC and staircase to access the first floor.
On the 1st floor, hallway, a large bathroom and two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 features a king size double bed, built-in wardrobes and a large balcony.
Bedroom 2, two single beds, built-in wardrobes and a large balcony.
The bathroom consists of toilet, basse of shower, bidet and double sinks.

Home away from hoe

The house is immaculate. It is such a wonderful space with great views. The house itself is extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. We felt at home the moment we walked in there is nothing critical I can say. Thank you to Fatima and Jose for being marvellous hosts.

Huset är väldigt modernt och vackert. Huset är modernt och vackert, Köket är välutrustat, här finns allt du behöver om du vill laga din egen mat. Ljust rofyllt sovrum med skön säng. Bad och vardagsrum är funktionella och vackra. Fina uteplatser med trädgårdsmöbler.

Absolut weiter zu empfehlen

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus und der Garten sind in einem hervorragendem Zustand, alles modern, hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. Der Ausblick über Teile der Insel und den Atlantik ist sehr schön. Fatima und José sind sehr gastfreundlich und immer ansprechbar. Nach einer Woche wurde gereinigt und die Wäsche gewechselt - ein toller Service! Die Flughafennähe haben wir nicht als störend empfunden, da die Frequenz der Flieger recht gering ist. Nachts haben wir maximal einen Flieger wahrgenommen. Gelegentliches "Schimpfen" von Hunden und Hühnern aus der Nachbarschaft hat man ganz sicher auch an anderen Orten auf dieser wunderschönen Insel, da gefühlt jeder Hausbesitzer darüber verfügt, also auch ok ;o) Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gern weiter!
