Leopold Place is a large (100 m2), quiet, city centre basement flat with small private garden to the rear. The front of the property faces south making the living/dining room bright and airy whilst the bedrooms are situated to the rear. There is a private front courtyard ensuring privacy from the road above. The kitchen adjoins the living area and is equipped with Siemens/Bosch large appliances throughout (oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine). Smaller kitchen appliances include microwave, cafetiere, kettle and toaster. The dining area of the living room seats 4 but with the option of extending the table to seat 6. HD digital TV is at your disposal and there is a Bose Bluetooth speaker for listening to music. There is a king-size bed (150 X 200cm) in the master bedroom with a double bed (135 X 190cm) in the second bedroom. A single bed in the master bedroom gives added versatility to sleeping arrangements or the option of sleeping a 5th person (at an extra charge of £60/night). There is gas central heating throughout and on-demand hot water
The central location of Leopold Place means that everything is close by with the majority of Edinburgh's attractions within walking distance. Many of the venues for the Edinburgh International Festival are also within a short walking distance and the Playhouse Theatre is situated just 2 mins walk from the apartment. John Lewis department store, the new St. James Quarter and the Omni entertainment centre are also less than 5 mins walk away. Topping & Co. bookshop is directly over the road from the apartment.
Valvona & Crolla, arguably Edinburgh's best delicatessen, is literally around the corner.

This flat was the perfect stay for our family of four—spacious, comfortable, and ideally located for our daily excursions. The owner was incredibly personable and offered great recommendations for nearby restaurants and shopping. We especially appreciated the short walk to a local grocery store, which made everything even more convenient. So glad we found this gem—it was far better than staying in a hotel!

This was a great location, just minutes away from the mile walk. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The apartment was comfortable with 4 adults and one toddler. It is a lower floor apartment so if you have trouble with steps this might not be for you. We would stay here again.
We loved our stay at this apartment. The location is great. Many good restaurants and pubs in the area. It was easy to get to any part of the City we wanted to go to, either by walking or using the tram. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and really well maintained. This flat was convenient to public transit and within easy walking distance of all of the places we wanted to visit.The beds were comfortable, and the amenities met our expectations. The flat was surprisingly quiet, given that it was so close to street level.All in all, it was an enjoyable stay.
We LOVED this apartment! It was so comfortable and quaint. Great location, lots of room, and close but not too close to the Fringe craziness. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved this place. It is located in a great spot for easy access to destinations. There was great food within a couple of blocks. The place itself was so lovely, comfortable, and quiet. We had great communication from the host. I would love to stay there again.

The perfect place to stay in Edimburgh
The apartment is very well located, near restaurants, shops and public transports. It is wide, well equipped with everything you need, nicely decorated and very clean.
I would definitely recommand this place.
My family and I had a cozy stay in Edinburgh. It's a beautiful space in a great neighborhood that's walking distance to most things. There's plenty of buses that are convenient to use for further out destinations and a Tram stop around the corner that runs to the airport. I highly recommend this place!
