Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the property did not meet the standard you reasonably expected on arrival. We contacted our cleaning company immediately after you raised the initial concerns and arranged for them to return. We are pleased that the lady who attended was helpful and cleaned the kitchen surfaces and floors. Regarding the leaks, the plumber did attend the property and believed that he had resolved the problem. As we did not hear anything further from you during your stay, we unfortunately assumed that the issue had been fixed. We are sorry to learn that the leaking continued and that you had to clean up the water several times each day. We also sincerely apologise for the condition of the pillows and mattress protectors. This was not acceptable. We have since replaced the cleaning company and expect the standard of cleaning and linen checks to be significantly higher going forward. Thank you for your positive comment about the sea view. We appreciate your honest feedback and are using it to make the necessary improvements. Thank you for your review and raising the points therein. Unfotunately we could not get the wifi rectified in time for the start of your stay due to delays with Openreach. We did however inform you in advance that the wifi was not working and have promised to pass on any refund from the broadband provider to yourself. We take on board the point about the mould and have asked the cleaners to be diligent with regard to this in the future. We're sorry about the small leak in the toilet but we managed to get a plumber there within 24 hours of the problem being reported, no mean feat given that it was Xmas week! Unfortunately the work required was not something that he could do there and then but has subsequently been carried out.
