Amarilla Golf Villas is a stunning development of very comfortable units of the highest quality. Set in an unrivalled location the development offers wonderful views over the golf course, down to the sea and the marina. The development stands out as one of the best in the area.

Amarilla Golf Villas offers private, individual and very comfortable accommodation combined with hotel style facilities such as an on-site manager, laundry service and it's own restaurant / bar serving food all day. Here you can relax and enjoy good food and fine wine whilst taking in the wonderful views. There is also a gorgeous pool (solar heated in the winter months) and a gym area overlooking the golf course and the sea.

Each unit has been furnished to a high standard and offers the ultimate in comfort. This particular unit has a large sunny terrace where you can sit and enjoy the amazing views.
There are 3 bedrooms. 1 has a kingsize bed and ensuite. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. There is a bathroom next to bedroom 2, and a further bathroom on the ground floor.
The living room has two very comfortable sofas. The TV has a unique system picking up 100's of channels around the world including Russian, Spanish, German and full UK TV with films and sport.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The state of the art kitchen offers everything required for dining in.
There are no washing machines but there is a free laundry service onsite.
Amarilla Golf Villas is set on the edge of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina that separates the resorts. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.
Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.

The air conditioning is available during Summer only (June to Sept). Heating is provided if needed in the winter.

Perfect Location

15 minutes from airport, easy check in at restaurant/bar, property is nice and spacious for 6 adults, staff on hand to deal with any queries. Big swimming pool and terrace. Short walk to local pubs and shops. Second time we have stayed, and will be back for a third.

Everything fine and villa was spotless, wifi great, telly tempremental but when working fine. Pool a little cold. Bar very handy and friendly. Resort windy and a bit scattered. No much to do at night. Would recommend but only for those who want a quiet time

Thank you for your lovely review and I am glad you found the accommodation to be a very high spec. Yes you did experience some very unusually high winds during your stay that did affect the pool temperature and the TV service. The system we use is the best available on the island with literally 1000s of channels available in any language of your choice. (We offer more channels than anyone would normally have in their own home). Amarilla Golf Villas is set in an unrivalled location with wonderful views to the marina and sea. It is a 10 min walk to the marina with plenty of sea front restaurants and bars. Dotted around the resort are more bars / restaurants but of course we feel the best restaurant is our own!! For those who like it livelier we are 15 min drive into Las Americas. We thank you for your very positive comments about our accommodation and service. Amarilla Golf Vilas is soon establishing itself as one of the best developments in the area and we will continually ensure our clients have the best stay possible. Hope to welcome you back again in the future.

Great villa!

Very spacious villa located on the golf course. Beautiful views of the sea from the property. Well equipped kitchen, although oven trays would be useful for cooking. Air conditioning downstairs and on upstairs landing,unfortunately not in the bedrooms. Comfy beds, nicely furnished and towels provided. The pool was used daily and the onsite restaurant/bar serves wonderful food, the staff there are fantastic and helpful. We did need to hire a car as the nearest sandy beach is about 25 minutes drive and the local food shop isn’t great. Overall had a lovely stay, thanks

There is a 2nd larger supermarket within a 10 min walk. It also sounds like you may not have visited the marina with its shops, bars and restaurants (10 mins walk away). Leider nicht das was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Der Pool war kalt, Lebensgefahr auf dem Balkon wegen umfliegenden Golfbälle, Sanitärinstallationen etc. in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Sehr windig weil alles offen ist.

Thank you for staying with Amarilla Golf Villas. As we told you before you booked and several times during your stay, the pool is solar heated. The weather was unusually very windy during your stay, so no swimming pools on the island were being used. We must correct you as there is absolutely no way a golf ball can reach your balcony! We enjoyed having you as guests and we tried to be as helpful as possible but it was very difficult to keep you happy. All previous clients have rated their experience as 5 star and I am sure we will get many more in the future. We do appreciate all customer feedback and we do hope that we can see you again in the future.
