About this property

3 bedroom apartment in St Andrews historic town centre

A recently refurbished apartment less than 5 minutes walk from the Old Course and West sands beach. Located close to all the amenities of the town, this property is ideal for holidaymakers and golfers alike.

The 2nd floor apartment comprises two bright double bedrooms, one single bedroom, kitchen, living room all with beautiful views of St Andrews and the surrounding countryside as well as a bathroom and separate WC. The living room boasts a flat screen TV with integrated DVD player, Netflix and Spotify as well as dining space for up to 6 people. The kitchen was fully renovated in June 2020 and is equipped with a new oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Due to the restricted height of the upstairs ceiling, the flat may not be suitable for those taller than 6'1".
There are two flights of stairs up to the main door of the flat and a further flight inside the flat so it is unsuitable wheelchair users.

A great choice for visiting St Andrews

A great flat in a central location for St Andrews - only 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of town with free parking close by/outside. Nice and quiet with fabulous views. The flat had everything we needed and the Welcome Pack was a nice touch. We thoroughly recommend this flat, we were made to feel very welcome.

Home from home!

Our 2nd stay at this fabulous apartment. Clean, comfortable, warm and welcoming. Beds super comfy, love the galley style table with roof top views in the living room. This apartment has everything we needed for our stay. We will be back again.

Great location ...beautiful place

Had a fantastic stay here. Very well equipped place .. kitchen esp very well stocked. Lovely local soap shower gel etc, really thoughtful welcome pack of local products...the g and t went down very well. Location perfect for town and golf. The only small downside is the steps up to the flat but the views and the quiet from being up on the top floor made up for that. Parking never a problem either. Would definitely come back here ! Well done Charlotte .

Quarantined in St. Andrews

My daughter and I spent 2 weeks at this property to quarantine before she could start school. We loved the apartment! It was well stocked, very clean, excellent location, and the owner was easy to reach and quick to respond to questions.

Beautifully decorated, central apartment

3 peaceful nights in Central St Andrews, 2 mins from shops & West Sands beach. Everything we needed on hand & nice touch with welcome basket of local produce. Just 3 x comments. Bedrooms were a bit chilly and the light in main bathroom connects automatically to the noisy extractor fan so any visits during the night we didn't use the light. The extractor fan stays on for a while afterwards. If you could switch this off, this would be helpful. The check in time 4pm was quite late in the day, would have preferred earlier. Otherwise, loved this place.

St Andrews stay

The apartment was very well appointed and situated in easy walkable access for beach, golf and town centre. The welcome basket of local goodies from the local farm shop was a thoughtful touch. We would not hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend it.

Golfers Paradise

Perfectly located to spend a few days on the golf course. Have somewhere to store the clubs though as there are 3 flights of stairs. The house is very close to all that St Andrews has to offer.

Perfect location

Excellent location! Perfect for golfers as you can carry your clubs to the old course. Know that it is on the third floor, so lots of stairs. Also ceilings are low. So be careful if you are taller! We had a minor issue with the washer/ dryer. Owner took care of it ASAP. She was super responsive. Shower is bigger than most that we have experienced in Europe. Also nice to have separate kitchen and living area. Overall, excellent experience and would highly recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay in Sy Andrews

We love the place from the minute we walked in until the time we left it. Very well located, minutes from all the activities and in a very quiet place. We will definitely rent it again if we travel to Saint Andrews.
