Benefici: - buona localizzazione - elettrodomestici - simpatica proprietaria - letto comodo - compatibilità con le foto - casa calda - presenza di olio, pasta etc. prodotti per la pulizia - asciugamani e saponi Svantaggi: - muffa in bagno - acqua di rubinetto gialla e maleodorante - forno sporco - molta polvere e tappeto sporco - niente padella! - temperatura dell'acqua nella doccia cambia - una porta non chiudente in camera da letto - niente tende in cucina - il frigorifero non si raffredda - poco spazio per i vestiti - quartiere pericoloso

Grazie per il suo feedback. Abbiamo controllato il bagno e non abbiamo trovato nessuna muffa. Per quanto riguarda la polvere, il forno, il tappeto e gli altri svantaggi menzionati, se ci avesse avvertito durante il suo lunghissimo soggiorno, sicuramente avremo potuto verificare ed eventualmente provvedere. Abbiamo controllato anche il funzionamento del mini-bar e ci risulta perfettamente funzionante. Il quartiere è per definizione multietnico ma tranquillo. Siamo fieri del multiculturalismo di Roma e contro ogni forma di razzismo.

L'appartement est très bien placé pour toutes les visites de Rome.

Appartement très propre et bien équipé, proche du centre ville ( une 1/2 h à pied et 5 minutes du métro ou bus )

Assolutamente perfetto!

Ho soggiornato due giorni e una notte in questo appartamento. Comodissimo se si ha bisogno di usare la stazione Termini o la metro (10 minuti a piedi), situato in una zona piena di negozi, con tutto a portata di mano. La casa è molto bella, pulitissima e con tutto il necessario e la proprietaria è simpatica e molto disponibile. Assolutamente il mio punto di riferimento per i miei viaggi nella capitale.
