Vittorio is a colorful and well-equipped apartment, located on the fourth floor with a lift.
It consists of a double bedroom, a small study and a spacious living room with sofa bed, LCD TV and DVD player.
In the living room there is also a modern kitchen fully equipped with marble top. The bathroom has a tub/shower.
There is also a small balcony, where is located the washing machine.
Possibility to add a single bed for a fifth person to € 25.00 per night.
The apartment also has Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning system, ceiling fan, oven, kettle and toaster.
Less than a minute from the splendid Piazza Vittorio, the apartment is 100 meters from the metro line A and a few hundred meters from Termini (where metro lines A and B are connected).
The Colosseum, the Fori Imperiali and the Altare della Patria are around 15 minutes walk away.
In a few minutes you can also reach the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the folkloristic area of Monti district and the park of Colle Oppio.

Very cute place in the heart of the city . Easy to get to the metro and walkable to other parts of the city . Quiet neighbors and very clean. Host was very helpful and accommodating to get us transportation from the airport .

Interesting neighbourhood, close to transport.
Neighbourhood took a little getting used to, but fine. Convenient for public transit. Excellent pick-up service from airport and greeting on arrival. Apartment a little quirky, but has everything you need.

Great Value Stay for a Family in Rome
We found this apartment to be a great value for a family visit to Rome during the summer. While the neighborhood may seem a bit sketchy at first glance, we felt completely safe throughout our stay.The apartment was equipped with all the basic necessities, there is nearby supermarket "Conad". The air conditioning worked well, which was a big plus in the summer heat, and there was always hot water for showers.The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and bus lines. Many major attractions were within walking distance—about 20 minutes or so—which made exploring the city simple and enjoyable

Pros: Property well connected with train, metro, bus stops nearby. Apartment neatly maintained, with all kitchen ameneties.
Cons: Water pressure in bathroom very low due to old building and hot water was intermittent due to a small boiler which was not enough for four of us. Area around the property not so great, there were couple of altercations / mugging during the night (not with us).
