Paula Villa is situated in the centre of the resort of Novigrad and just 200 m to the nearest beach, the restaurants, shops and bars are also within easy walking distance. A brand new modern property that is flooded with natural light, it has air conditioning, WiFi and SAT TV and sleeps 6 people in 3 double bedrooms. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, utility room (washing machine/clothes dryer/iron), and shower room. There is also a comfortable lounge area with large glass doors leading to a terrace and barbecue for dining al fresco whilst overlooking the private pool. The 3 light and airy bedrooms are located on the first floor one has an en-suite shower room and private terrace and all 3 have SAT TV and A/C, plus a second shared bathroom. The villa also features a large roof terrace with a Jacuzzi/hot tub a perfect place to relax with a glass of the local wine with friends and family before experiencing the cultural and gastronomical delights of Novigrad.
