Single-storey semi-detached house in a quiet condominium with 3 outdoor pools and a large garden.
The house has been decorated by the interior design studio Gavetão, blending Nordic style with sophisticated relaxation, creating a unique and welcoming space and atmosphere.
The house accommodates up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms, 2 fully renovated bathrooms (in 2023), full kitchen, dining room, living room, and a pleasant terrace with dining table, sofa, and sun loungers for relaxation, with direct access to the garden and pools.
Air conditioning (in the living room and double bedroom), free WiFi, cable TV, 3 shared outdoor pools, garden, and private outdoor parking for one car.
Ideal for couples or small families (children and babies are welcome). For those seeking tranquillity and being close to the centre of Vilamoura. Next to the Tennis & Padel Academy.

• Double bed, wardrobe, dresser, view of the urban area.
• Air conditioning, television.
• En suite bathroom 1 with shower over bath, toilet, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. Renovated in 2023.

• Bunk bed with two single beds, wardrobe, partial garden view.

BATHROOM 2
• Complete, with shower over bath, toilet, and hairdryer. Renovated in 2023.

• Adults - 13m x 8m; Depth: minimum 1.20m | maximum 2.45m

• Opening Hours: 08:00 – 20:00

PARKING - private outdoor parking for one car

PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Groups under 25 years of age are not allowed.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Do not exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 4 guests (children included)
• Do not leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• Failure to comply with the rules may result in guests being expelled from the accommodation, without a refund.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Certified Ecolab cleaning products.
• Bed linens and towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.

SECURITY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket, safe.

CHECK-IN: Every day from 17:00 to 19:00
• €30.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 19:00 to 23:00
• €50.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 23:00
Guests should inform SAPvillas in advance of their expected arrival time.
If arriving before 17:00, guests can leave their luggage at our office.
