Villa Laura PT - directly by the sea
About 2 km from the historic center of Pizzo (VV), reachable by the A2 motorway, Lamezia airport, Vibo-Pizzo and Lamezia railway stations, within a private road closed by a lifting bar that guarantees availability of parking spaces. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached villa directly by the sea which can be accessed via a few steps. It has a large equipped terrace, a storage room for bathing equipment, a terrace with barbecue and a terrace with outdoor shower.
The house has been recently renovated in Mediterranean style with Vietri ceramics and furnished simply but complete with everything: including color TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with a large oven (90 cm), a large hob and a microwave.
The rooms are three each with two beds, two can also be double. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a small laundry area with covered drying rack.
