Private beautiful cottage in great location at Porthcothan Bay, Near Padstow

Rosewood Cottage is a recently refurbished cottage set within it's own private garden in the small hamlet of Treburrick positioned above Porthcothan Bay. Treburrick is half way between Padstow and Watergate Bay, so access to the "7 Bays in 7 Days" are all no more than 15 minutes drive away. The house is 15 minutes walk to the Beach or 5 minutes in a car. We have had the house for 3 years and have enjoyed many family holidays all year round. The cottage is situated down a private track and there is parking for 1-2 cars on the drive depending on size.

The Cottage has recently undergone a full restoration to a high standard.

Rosewood Cottage has 2 King Size bedrooms, the third bedroom has 2 single beds, one which is a bunk bed. All have fully sprung mattresses with a choice of fibre or feather pillows. The house has the benefit of renewable heating and a log burner in the lounge. On the first floor is a family bathroom and the main bedrom has an ensuite.

There is a Kitchen diner and separate Lounge, all with handmade furniture and soft furnishings. The house has been decorated and funished to a high standard. We have fibre to the property which is amazing given location. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee machine and full cooking utensils, we like to cook so it is a Cook's kitchen.

All the beds have 800 knot white linen which is included as well as soft white towels.

The Cottage comes with a travel bed, pushchair, high chair and garage full of recreation items, such as wind break, body boards, wetsuits and most importantly, bucket and spades.

There is a Garage for you to store roof boxes, ancillary items. There is an outdoor spray tap for washing down wetsuits and boards.

The Cottage is in a great location for visiting all the main beaches and if you are a keen runner then easy access to the coastal paths. Porthcothan Bay has a new coffee shop and stores just by the beach so great for fresh Chough Bakery items and fresh coffee in the mornings. We like the cottage because it is close enough to everywhere but has no immediate neighbours and so has a perfectly quiet outdoor space. There is an outdoor area for seating for 6-8 people.

The Cottage has the benefit of a large garden.
