Perfect family villa.

Amazing villa that was perfect for us and our two boys. The garden is beautiful and secluded, giving us plenty of privacy. The pool is nice and big with a paddling section for younger children. It had everything we needed for a nice, relaxing holiday. It's close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Communication was great and Mateu was extremely pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Fab Villa

We had a great stay. The Villa was well equipped and very clean with everything we could have needed for our break. The grounds, pool and house were all of a high standard. Mathew was very helpful and such a nice man. We would without doubt recommend this villa. Two very small but possibly constructive suggestions is to possibly have a clock somewhere in the villa and maybe a mid week pool maintenance visit ? Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

After thanking you for your stay with us, we thank you for these positive comments regarding Villa LLENYATER and of course those referring to me, tell you in this regard that I also enjoy the moments of friendly conversation with you, being interested in our culture and customs of Pollensa. I also appreciate the points of constructive improvement that you indicate to us, regarding the cleaning of the pool we come one day a week to do it but it is true that on some occasions it does not coincide with the windiest days so if that is the case I beg you let us know and of course we will solve it. Regarding the clock, it is an excellent idea that of course we will implement. once again thank you for everything.

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Sehr Sauber. Sogar nach 3 Tagen Handtuchwechsel und es wurde sauber gemacht. Hausinventar mehr als ausreichend. Außenanlage sehr gepflegt. Sehr zuformkommende Vermieter. Alles perfekt.
