From March 2019 till end of February 2020 they are building 2 houses left in the front of the house on the other side of the road. (see picture 3)

Villa 100m from the stunning beach of Oliva Nova on the Costa Blanca between Denia and Oliva. 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 bed sofa. 2 bathrooms 1 with bath / shower and 1 with shower.

Large living room with one bed sofa and two chairs, satellite TV and new Set Top Box over Internet with all Channels around the world. Blueray player, free wireless internet and a diningtable for 6 persons.

Open kitchen with bar, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee making facilities, mixer, toaster, large fridge / freezer.

Washing machine and dryer.

Garden terrace with dining table for 6 persons and 2 deckchairs.

Roof terrace with beautiful views of mountains and sea.

Air conditioning (hot / cold) in living room and both bedrooms.

Small lawn front, on the side and rear. Parking for 1 big car and more free parking right on the street.

Golfcourse Oliva Nova 500m away also 2 tennis courts and paddle courts. Restaurants, bars and shops 600m away.

Great two weeks in the villa. Everything was just as described. Questions were answered very quickly, and all requests were responded to promptly. The three of us were thrilled. Comparable houses in the area were either significantly more expensive or had clear disadvantages. Thanks to the location (less than a 5-minute walk) to the sea or the river, you have all options. Anyone who knows the area and spends their vacation here knows that having a car is an advantage, but you don’t depend on it to have a wonderful stay.

Malas sensaciones

Nos alojamos en esa villa una semana en Agosto y no ha sido una estancia agradable. Tras realizar el pago en la web unos días antes el propietario me indica que tengo que abonar 160 euros en metálico al conserje en concepto de limpieza. Ni me parece adecuado la cantidad ni que no lo ponga en el anuncio ni que pretenda cobrarlo sin factura. En cuanto a la casa, la limpieza al llegar era bastante mediocre, había hormigas que se subían por la encimera de la cocina, no funcionaba la campana extractora y el frigorífico no funcionaba y aunque lo arreglaron a los 2 días tuvimos que tirar toda la comida que llevábamos para los niños. El trato con el anfitrión y con el conserje no fue nada cordial, que llegó a insinuar que todo había funcionado correctamente hasta nuestra llegada y que quizás el problema fuéramos nosotros.

Tolles Haus und tolle Lage direkt am Strand

Wir waren mit dem Haus, der Lage sehr zufrieden. Den tollen und sehr langen Sandstrand erreicht man nach ca. 100 m.

Wunderschön und uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen

Wunderschönes Haus nur wenige Schritte vom traumhaften Strand entfernt. Ab September dürfen Hunde trotz der Verbotsschilder an den Strand (lt. anderen Urlaubern wird im Juli/ August zweimal täglich polizeilich kontrolliert, ob sich an das Verbot gehalten wird). Wir waren also genau zur Richtung Zeit dort. Das Haus ist mit allem, was notwendig ist, ausgestattet (ein Wasserkocher hat gefehlt, aber da konnten wir uns anderweitig behelfen). Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet/dekoriert. Check in war unkompliziert, wir konnten sogar früher kommen. Unser Housekeeper Xavi hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt/gezeigt. Außerdem hatte er tolle Tipps für Ausflugsziele und Restaurants . Zum Einkaufszentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants läuft man ca. 20 Minuten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher (sogar 2 Strandhandtücher) sind ausreichend vorhanden und können bei Bedarf, dank Waschmaschine und Trockner, gewaschen werden. Außerdem gibt es noch Stühle und einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Schön wären Mückengitter an den Fenstern/Balkontüren, die Stechmücken sind allgegenwärtig. Kleine Anmerkungen zum Schluss: die Angaben zum WLAN- Zugriff stimmen nicht mehr. Hier sollte eine Aktualisierung erfolgen. Außerdem war der angegebene 2. Fernseher im Schlafzimmer nicht vorhanden- für uns unerheblich. Wenn wir wieder nach Oliva kommen, würden wir wieder dies Unterkunft buchen.

Great Location right on the beach

Nice quiet comfy house with a beachside location which was ideal for a self-catering stay with our dog. You can walk for miles and the whole length of the beach is dog friendly. A car is absolutely essential as there are not really any restaurants or bars nearby that you can walk to in the evening.

Oliva Beach Villa

This is a lovely modern villa and was spotlessly clean and has everything you could want or need. The bedding , towels and fitting are all of good quality. We spent 3 months (end of Dec to end of March 2019 ) in the villa with our two spaniels and we all loved it. The villa is very easy to keep clean. which is a bonus with two dogs bringing lots of sand in ! We will return next year

I am from Sweden and am currently living in the Netherlands. I bought this house on the beach in 2017. I have spent a lot of time here in the area and I love it here. The weather is mostly sunny and very stable even in autumn and winter.

I play golf and am therefore happy in this area.

I also have 2 dogs and enjoy the long walks on the beautiful beach.

I am happy to answer guests' questions and give tips on restaurants, golf courses, excursion destinations, nearby cities, ...

I look forward to visitors from all countries :-)

Why they chose this property

Because it is so close to the beautiful beach and the Golf course. It is a very clean area not typical for spain so it is like a litte paradies at it's own.

The beach is huge, clean and has not so much people. No parking problems and a lot of cute little cities nearby.
