Located in the city center, away from the chaos of the Old Town and ZTL. Within walking distance of the solarium (June to September) with free access and the bicycle trail running along the sea. Close to the city's major sights. Pets Allowed.

L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e con tutto ciò che può servire per il soggiorno (pentolame, stoviglie, ecc...). L'ordine e la pulizia erano impeccabili.

Appartement fonctionnel et pratique

Cet appartement est grand , climatisé et bien situé . On peut garer facilement la voiture dans la rue en face gratuitement .Il n'y a cependant pas de Wifi .

Merci pour la critique. L'appartement n'est pas équipé du wifi, car j'ai préféré sauver le client en maintenant le prix de location bas. L'absence de wifi est signalée sur le portail. En tout cas merci pour le rapport. Je vais en tenir compte.

Saubere Wohnung, vermülltes Wohnquartier, Verkehrschaos in Siracusa

Siracusa als Ausgangspunkt ist eigentlich nicht schlecht. Die Verkehrssituation dort ist allerdings übel. Alles drückt sich durch die Stadt und hält sich dabei sowieso nicht an die Verkehrsregeln. Wer also keine Nerven hat, sollte sich das nicht antun. Sonst sind in direktem Umfeld der Wohnung 2 Supermärkte und eine nette Bar mit einem sehr guten, netten Barrista. Das Wohnhaus sieht allerdings sehr bedenklich aus. Es bröckelt und selbst das verrostete Hausgerüst strahlt nicht wirklich Stabilität aus! Die Ostküste von Sizilien, welche wir nun etwas kennenlernen konnten hat allerdings sehr schöne Ecken, viel Felsküste, aber auch Sand. Der Etna ist natürlich auch einen Besuch wert. Der Vermieter ist nett und hilfsbereit, wenn etwas in der Wohnung fehlen sollte.

Ciao Michael, grazie per la recensione. Grazie per quanto hai scritto su Siracusa, la mia casa e la mia accoglienza. Solo una precisazione, il fabbricato è sicuro e stabile. Sono in corso i lavori di ristrutturazione delle facciate esterne, ma presto l'esterno del fabbricato sarà più bello che mai. Grazie ancora per aver soggiornato a Siracusa. Spero di rivederti presto.

Un séjour magnifique

L’appartement de Fabio est situé à la périphérie de Syracuse dans un quartier qui peut rebuter au premier abord car il n'y a que des immeubles. Cependant c'est un quartier calme avec plein de commodités proches. De plus l’appartement est vaste et très accueillant. La climatisation est comprise, ce qui est utile en Sicile ! Fabio est un hôte très disponible et prêt à rendre service. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos deux petites filles car nous avions l'espace et le fait d'avoir des chambres séparées et deux toilettes est un avantage à noter. Nous gardons l'adresse et la recommandons ! Grazzie Fabio !
