The UHC SOL I MAR FAMILY COMPLEX is located in a privileged setting in Salou. Just a few steps from Paseo Miramar and Playa de Ponent. It is an old and unique building in Salou. It has been completely renovated with great taste, preserving its great modernist value.

- Fully equipped independent kitchen.

- Master bedroom suite-style with double bed and private bathroom with shower.

- Bedroom with 2 single beds.

- Bedroom with double bed.

- Second bathroom with bathtub shared between two bedrooms.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- This apartment does not have a terrace, but it does have large windows.

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Outdoor communal swimming pool, seasonal. (On the building's rooftop)

- Optional parking with supplement. (Not suitable for large cars)

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.



Ponent Beach, awarded the Blue Flag, offers excellent services such as sun lounger and parasol rental, disabled access, lifeguard stations every few metres and numerous parks and children's areas. If you're looking to spend a beach holiday with your family, this apartment is what you've been looking for.

Super séjour !

L'appartement est spacieux, très très bien situé. Il est très bien équipé.Proche des commerces, et de la plage. Peut être un rideau occultant dans la chambre qui contient la salle de bain. Une poêle un peu plus grande dans l'équipement cuisine
