We have plenty of personal touches to make this a home from home for you. Close to local amenities, this two-bedroom self-catering apartment accommodates up to four guests. We are delighted that following our recent Visit England annual inspection in 2023, we retained our Four Star rating for the twenty third consecutive year.
The property is about 10 minutes walk from beautiful sandy beaches, Swanage Town Centre and the rolling Purbeck Hills.
Access to the front of the property is via 6 steps down from street level. Complimentary, reserved undercover parking for one car is accessed by foot via the sloped pathway at the side of Sandringham Court.
In the property, you can look forward to free WiFi, Smart TV, a wide selection of DVDs, and books of local interest.
We offer a very comfortable double bed as well as a twin bedded room. The property features a well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and fully stocked cupboards; there is a full suite bathroom with electric shower.
From the lounge, you have stunning views over the Purbeck Hills and glimpses of the Steam Railway. On a clear day you can even see over to the Isle of Wight - use the binoculars provided for a closer view.
This is a strictly non-smoking property and we do not accept pets or children under 7. We can accommodate a maximum of four people per let and no more than two children per booking. We provide bed linen but please bring your own bathroom, hand and beach towels.
We offer short breaks from the first Saturday in November 2023 to the end of February 2024 for a minimum of three nights.

Very well equipped (but need to take own towels), comfortable, quieter than you would think, helpful owner, great advice about walks. Lovely meal in Black Swan100yds away.
We spend 6 days here it was amazing. Spotlessly clean. Everything you could possibly ask for a great stay and loved the welcome pack such a surprise. I would certainly recommend to family and friends. with cars getting bigger

We had keys provided by host beforehand so were able to get straight in. There was room to park immediately outside and a reserved garage spot underneath. Flat was very well equipped. Location was marvellous and the view stupendous. Would use again.

The flat had 5 very clean and pleasant rooms containing comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well equipped with a plentiful amount of cleaning stuff eg. dishwasher tablets . And a super welcome hamper.
The lounge/ dining room and the main bedroom had beautiful views over the downs.
Walking distance into the high street and a back lane walk to the station and bus depot are relatively short and easy.
There is a parking bay underneath the block of flats which is reached by a different road from the front. It is alright but care needs to be taken when coming out of the space. Then there is a steep concrete slope that takes you up to the level of the front of the flats. But there is a good handrail.
All in all a very nice stay in Swanage.
Flat was great, and incredibly well equipped. Spotlessly clean, lovely welcome pack and wish we could have stayed longer.

Parking !
The big letdown for us was the parking ! Untill Tuesday it was fine but when the bay next to us was in use we couldn't park . We drive a mazda cx5 and there was just no room,so had to drive round and find a space somewhere on the road . Also the hill from car park is very steep not suitable for older people !! Saying that the flat was very nice ,but we won't be going back .

Thank you for your review. We were very sorry to hear that you had an issue with the parking and this marred your stay.
We do appreciate that our reserved allocated parking space can be a bit tight with two large vehicles side by side. There is often parking available in the street outside the front of the block of flats or to the rear in Argyle Road as an alternative for free on street parking.
We were pleased that you found the rest of our accommodation was fine and to your liking.

Lovely place
We recently stayed at the flat advertised. It was very clean and tidy and well equipped. We had everything down to nice touches of cake and wine on arrival. Which was very rich appreciated. Would def stay here again. Many thanks for a enjoyable holiday. We do love swanage and this is centrally located with lovely views so it's a win win for us.

Superb accommodation in a great location
Snug. Extremely well equipped. Spotlessly clean throughout. Reliable WiFi. Narrow parking and my car is only small but thankfully nothing in the adjacent space that might have been tricky. Perfectly located on the Priest’s Way and for using the buses.
