Apartment with swimming pool just a few minutes from the sea!
At 800mt from the sea, I offer a comfortable basement apartment (studio) with private entrance, access to the swimming pool (shared with the upper apartment, where I live, always available for any eventuality) with external shower, private bathroom with internal shower, hot water, TV, sink, induction cooker, microwave and fridge with freezer, a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. Great outdoor area for poolside dining.
Shuttle service Elmas Airport - Pula for a fee.
I will always be available for my guests, I will have the pleasure of directing them to the best destinations in Pula and the surrounding areas, throughout southern Sardinia. I will give my most valuable advice on the best restaurants in the area, the best beaches, natural parks and all kinds of attractions.
The neighborhood is very quiet, residential, at night silence reigns, despite being inside the town. It is in a strategic position, being halfway between the beach and the town center. It is connected to the beach and the central streets of the town with a brand new cycle path.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Inside the house smoking is prohibited, outside in the garden is allowed.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible.
