This new and elegant Villa is situated in Calheta in about 100 m above sea level. Fantastic views over the atlantic ocean and the sandy beach of Calheta, the green countryside and the terraces with grapes, banana- plantation and fruit trees. In a few minutes drive you reach one of the most beautiful hiking region of Madeira, Paul da Serra with Rabacal and 25 Fountains, as well as a supermarket, Marina, and some more Bars / Restaurants in Calheta. One of the best restaurants in the region is walking distance to your house. WLAN, barbecue, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, microwave, etc., TV and Playstation 4

Choice Calheta

Wonderful stay with a terrific view. We were able to get everywhere from Calheta. Orlanda met us and took us directly to the house. Only negative was the busy road behind the premises.

Overall, a truly fantastic property. A beautiful house with three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The pool and outdoor area are excellent, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommended!The only downsides were that there was a construction site next door, which meant some noise during weekdays — something the host unfortunately didn’t mention in advance. Also, the equipment for cooking and grilling could be improved.But other than that, a top place to stay.

Heavenly place

We’ve had again a great stay at Villa Atlantic Charm at Madeira. We’re a family of 5( all adults). The house is great, everything there you need, wonderful view from the lovely pool. It’s such a great place to stay. Every bedroom it’s own bathroom, airco, heated swimming pool, Wifi. We’ve rented a car again and have seen many more beautiful places at Madeira. We’ve been absolutely fallen in love with this house and Madeira. Thanks again Orlanda for everything Fam Gooyert

Très bon séjour villa Calheta du 23.08 au 6.08

Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé d’Orlanda avec une belle corbeille de fruits et bouquet de fleurs pour un anniversaire Très belle villa agréable avec piscine, bien décorée, bien équipée, propre et surtout une très belle vue mer ❤️ Endroit calme à 3 minutes de la plage de Calheta et d’un supermarché pour les courses, très pratique Je recommande vraiment cette villa, vous êtes sur de passer un agréable séjour. Merci encore à Orlanda pour sa disponibilité et gentillesse Famille Franco/Espagnol !!

Geweldig mooi huis met zwembad, heel compleet, prachtig gelegen met mooi uitzicht . Erg aardige ontvangst en contact met beheerder. Madeira is echt een prachtig eiland met veel mooie natuur en we komen beslist weer. Fam. Gooyert
