This lovely sea / beach front house is located in Son Serra de Marina next to Can Picafort, a famous sandy beach.

Perfect family house for up to 6 people. From the terrace and lounge-dining area you will enjoy the beautiful sea views.

There is an open plan living/dining area with access to the panoramic sea view terrace, a separate well-equipped kitchen with pantry and laundry room The interior is spacious and bright.
Enjoy the stunning sea views from the terrace where you can have drinks or dine, there is also a large dining table in the garden as well as sun loungers and a barbecue, here you can relax and listen to the sound of the sea. Feel the breeze of the sea throughout the house all day and night.

There are three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two large single beds. There are two full bathrooms with bath and shower.

Tolles Haus mit einer perfekten Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist riesig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter im Oktober und konnten jeden Morgen und Abend auf dem Balkon essen und die Aussicht genießen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in dieses traumhafte Haus in der ruhigen Gegend zurückkehren.

Tolle Lage im ruhigen Ort Son Serra de Marina mit Strand in Laufnähe, Wanderwegen in der Umgebung und wunderbarem Meerblick vom schönen Balkon, der sich rund um das Apartment zieht.Ende März ist das Apartmen nachts noch etwas kalt, dicke Decken liegen aber bereit, Heizung bekommt man bei Bedarf. Ansonsten hat das Apartment alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt.Der Austausch mit Salvador ist unkompliziert.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

El apartamento está genial. Muy bien ubicado en una urbanización muy familiar y tranquila, nada turística. Con unas vistas al mar privilegiadas y a dos minutos andando a la playa. Las habitaciones son amplias y además del comedor hay una salita o sala de juegos. Estaba todo limpio y perfectamente equipado, incluso había para hacer paellas o una barbacoa. El anfitrión nos dio algunos consejos de qué ver por la zona o dónde comer y fue muy flexible en la comunicación. Totalmente recomendable.

Traumhafte Lage

Sehr geräumige Wohnung im OG eines Hauses, das ansonsten nicht bewohnt ist. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Keine blutleere Ferienwohnung, sondern ein Haus, das bewohnt wird, was sich sehr positiv auswirkt, was z.B. die tolle Ausstattung der Küche betrifft. Einzig die mangelnde Heizmöglichkeit könnte in kühleren Monaten schwierig werden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, bei dem alles gut geklappt hat.
