This beautiful 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath lakefront home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and sits on approximately 2 acres along a quiet cove on Lake Anna's warm side. Three of the five bedrooms are private master suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom and lake views.

The house overlooks a quiet cove on Lake Anna's private/warm side, giving you a peaceful place to swim, relax, and enjoy the water while still providing quick access to the main lake.

The private dock is a favorite gathering spot. Enjoy your morning coffee under the covered seating area, stretch out on the sun deck, watch the kids swim, or simply sit together and take in the view.

There is plenty of room at the dock for boats, making it an ideal home base for a Lake Anna boating vacation.

Want to get out on the water without bringing your own equipment?
A water-sports package is available for an additional $600 per week and includes:
• 2 stand-up paddleboards
• 2 Pelican Bandit NXT 100 kayaks
• 1 Osagian aluminum canoe

For groceries and everyday essentials, New Bridge Shopping Center is less than 10 minutes away and includes Food Lion, Subway, and other conveniences.

You'll also find restaurants, shops, wineries, and other attractions within easy driving distance.

ARRIVE AND SETTLE IN:
We've designed the arrival experience to be easy.

Your beds are made before you arrive, and the home uses a personalized keyless entry code for your stay—no keys to pick up, return, or keep track of.

Once you arrive, unpack, settle in, and start enjoying the lake.

A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS:
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.

A signed rental agreement, copy of a state-issued driver's license, and an $850 refundable security deposit are required. The rental agreement will be sent to your valid email address after booking.

The water-sports equipment package is optional and available for $600 per week.
The Club Car Precedent six passenger limousine golf cart is optional for $1,100 per week
