Perched atop a hill and surrounded by olive trees, this 40-hectare private estate is located in one of Tuscany’s most beautiful landscapes, between Florence and Siena, nestled among the Chianti hills.

This estate, which belongs to one of our Warand members, is an oasis of absolute tranquility and privacy. Clear blue skies, the delightful scents of wildflowers and herbs, ripe fruit, and harmony with nature. This is the true “la dolce vita.”

Along a 3.8 km private driveway flanked by ancient cypress trees, you’ll reach Villa Lo Scopeto, which offers breathtaking views of the Pratomagno Mountains on one side and the Chianti hills on the other.

The house exudes authenticity and charm and is the perfect setting for a “dolce far niente” holiday. It offers the charm of yesteryear, complete with all modern comforts.
The house (220 m²) consists of two interconnected wings, with the central section housing the living room and a lounge with a fireplace.

The house accommodates 8 to 10 people and features 4 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms with four-poster beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The spacious kitchen with a separate dining room opens onto a loggia with a terrace, where you can watch the sun set in the evening while enjoying a delicious glass of Chianti Riserva.

At the front, the U-shaped architecture of the house forms a small courtyard finished with an elegant colonnade and a second loggia featuring a working pizza oven.

About 60 metres from the house lies the swimming pool (5 x 10 m), nestled among pine trees, oleanders, and lavender bushes. The estate also borders a lake that can be used for boating or swimming. Gentle sunshine, silence, and the delightful scents of familiar and unfamiliar herbs will sweep you away and immerse you in the Tuscan way of life.
