Nestled between the villages of Scratby and California our modern exclusive chalets give you the freedom to enjoy miles of golden sandy beaches on the Norfolk Coast and the perfect base to enjoy exploring the tranquil Norfolk Broads or the many cycling and dog walking trails
With both by couples and families alike we offer stylish modern and comfortable holiday accommodation where a clean, unspoilt sandy beach awaits you within a five minutes stroll.
There are so many attractions in the area that you will want to come back and again.
From the Nature Reserve at Martham Broad, Ormesby Broad Ormesby Broad, Rollesby Broad and Filby Broad that offer beautiful views of both the landscape and the local wildlife. Motor boats aren’t allowed on these broads o heightening a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. There are opportunities to hire a boat and fish.
A little further and you will find the larger Broads again with picturesque scenery and where you can hire a motor boat or take advantage of the excursion boats..
Not to be missed is Horsey Gap where you will find a colony of seals; the Seal warden is always happy to hare his knowledge of these wonderful creatures and their habits Aside from the seals this is a fabulous unspoilt beach where you can have the freedom tof ly a kite or just simply relax and enjoy.
Nearby Great Yarmouth with all the usual amenities associated with a premier seaside resort is just a five mile drive away; or if you prefer there is a local 1A bus service.

We haven't forgotten about today's technology and our guests high expectations; you will find free WIFI in Sunbeach Chalets and they are equiped with two TV/DVD's; one standard TV/DVD in the back bedroom and a Smart TV/DVD in the spacious lounge area.

A welcome pack for tea and coffe making on arrival together with all your basic condiments are included so all you need to do is unpack and start your holiday by the sea with a complimentary bottle of wine.
