Luxurious and romantic mountain house in the Dolomites very close to the ski slopes of one of the most beautiful Italian areas, that of Folgarida, Madonna di Campiglio and Marilleva which includes over 150 km of perfectly connected slopes. Even during the summer season, the strategic position between the valleys of Sole and Rendena, rich in tourist events, allows you to experience the mountains whether you are looking for relaxation or an adventure holiday. The valley, chosen every year by famous football teams as a destination for summer training, offers canoeing, rafting, green bike paths, tarzaning and climbing, but also relaxing food and wine walks and spas ideal for a wellness holiday. The large, elegant and comfortable house consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with double bed and additional single bed for a total of 9 beds. It also has a lovely sunny garden. Large garage with ping-pong table. Very suitable for 2 families, pets are not allowed.
The residence is equipped with: FREE INTERNET WIFI, satellite TV, Sky decoder present and usable with your card. The linen (sheets, towels, dish towels) is optional and available on request.

The house is just stunning and honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. It is placed in a quiet space, but very close to everything you need. Eugenio is a very very helpful and kind host. The kitchen was very well equipped, we found everything we were looking for.

A lovely spacious and very conveniently located house

We've stayed at Eugenio's house for a skiing holiday - the location is great - its almost ski in-ski out, you only need to walk about 100 m to the slope. The house is spacious with everything you might ever need and also spotlessly clean. Eugenio was super helpful and we've had a very enjoyable stay there! Thank you so much for everything and we hope to be back some time!

nice location and roomy house

we had a great stay. location is very good, 50 meters walk to the ski-slope. House is fully equiped and roomy for two families with 4 kids, but has a split-level architecture so you need to climb a lot of stairs. House is in good condition, but a bit dated. There was some dust under the beds and the shower curtain is stained but otherwise it was clean. the shower in the second bathroom is not really usable. Kitchen is small but equiped with everything you might ever need, very nice. We had a lot of fun with the 1000 pieces 3D-puzzle.

Loved our stay at Residenza Cima Nana 14, Folgarida

9 of our family had a very comfortable week in Folgarida, staying in Residenza Cima Nana 14. Eugenio’s communication with us prior to and during our stay was first rate. The residence is a spacious, traditional wooden chalet with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two dining areas and a lounge area. The kitchen was tiny but well equipped and generously stocked. Under the chalet was a drying area with washing machine, a recreational space with table tennis table and a garage with space for a small/medium car. The toilet flush mechanism was old and loud and took some time for a complete flush but we all learned to manage this to minimise noise at night. The beds were very comfortable. We had easy access to the nearby gondola needing only a short walk or ski with full snow cover. I highly recommend Residenza Cima Nana 14 and would definitely stay there again.

Spendido soggiorno!

I recommend the house for friends.

We loved the big and comfortable living room. The view was amazing from the balkony. The house is a bit noisy, because the layout, because the big open space. There were few and small glasses and cups in the kichen.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad, voldoende ruimte om te verblijven met 9 personen. Complete keuken en nette bedden en dekbedden. Wifi goed op orde, keuken klein maar compleet kortom alles goed! Enige minpuntje dat ik kan bedenken was dat je kokend heet water uit de douche kreeg als iemand de wc doorspoelde...

Summer mountain biking

We stayed here for a week over the summer months for a mountain biking trip. It was very clean and roomy for all 8 of us with a great layout to socialise. The property is also very well located to the near by lifts and, as a bonus, we were able to keep all our bikes safely in locked storage. Would definitely stay again.

Abbiamo davvero apprezzato l'appartamento! Grande sala camino spaziosa. Vicinissimo agli impianti di risalita! Mi è piaciuto che la casa abbia mobili antichi. L'appartamento ha quattro stanze. Due di loro sono piccoli e più adatti ai bambini. Gli adulti in essi saranno stretti. Consiglio di visitare una grande compagnia divertente!

Vi boede en uge i Eugenios skønne hus i februar måned. Det egner sig perfekt til to familier på ski. 100 meter til pisten. Masser af plads med varmerum, kælder og hyggelige opholdsrum. Kommunikationen med Eugenio og hans søn var betryggende og nem. En stor anbefaling her fra.

Noi eravamo un bel gruppo grande con i nostri bambini e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Casa meglio di quello sulle foto, spazioso pulita con un bel giardino! Location perfetta vicino a tutto pure con mini market raggiungibile a piedi Unica cosa che essendo una casa grande ed avendo 2 bagni una con la doccia non è box doccia quindi lo abbiamo usato per non lasciare sempre acqua per terra A parte questo un bel pollice in su!! Residenza Cima Nana "Espectacular!!!!"

Si tratta di una villa progettata per uso proprio, ben arredata e con spazi veramente abbondanti. Le camere da letto sono vere, con letti veri. Il soggiorno è a livello hollywoodiano. Cucina e dotazioni sono complete. I bagni, pure in ordine, soni un po’ datati. Il secondo non ha vasca né piatto doccia, ma v’è un soffione a muro con tendina e griglia a pavimento perfettamente funzionanti, che consentono comunque di fare la doccia . Bella vista e posizione tranquilla e vicina alle piste. Vi è parcheggio (uno coperto) per due auto grandi ed una media. Deposito sci ecc. sovrabbondanti. Proprietario e custode in loco gentilissimi.Nessun problema. Si tratta di una sistemazione altamente consigliabile. Liliana & C.
