Super Urlaub

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, wurde uns von Maura sofort geholfen. Tolle Ausflüge nach Rom, Neapel, Vesuv und Pompeji unternommen!

Just a dream! Meravigliosa!

Questa casa è semplicemente stupenda! Non c'è niente che vorremmo criticare. Tutto come descritto solo ancora più meglio!! Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio in questa casa. Abbiamo trascorso giorni meravigliosi e grazie ancora al proprietario per essere stata sempre disponibile per noi. Non dimenticheremo mai il tempo trascorso in questo soggiorno. ❤️

Eine absolute Oase

Wir hatten zwei traumhafte Wochen an diesem Ort. Das Haus ist wunderschön, bietet ausreichend Platz auch mit 4 Kindern, ist super ausstattet und mit 3 Bädern perfekt! Das Grundstück ist ein Traum, der Blick auf die Berge und ins Tal Entspannung pur. Und dennoch ist man absolut nicht alleine. Rundherum leben Menschen aber man bekommt nichts davon mit. Der eigene Tennisplatz war für uns auf jeden Fall ein Highlight und wurde viel genutzt. Die Entfernung zum nächsten Ort nach Terracina ist nicht so, dass man das morgens zum Brötchen holen machen würde aber das muss auch nicht sein. In etwa 15 min erreicht man den Ort, in dem man alles zum Leben Notwendige bekommt. Auch der Strand und die Altstadt sind toll! Ausflüge von hier an der Küste entlang lohnen sich absolut. Nach Rom und Pompeji fährt man zwar eine Weile aber auch das ist machbar und ein Muss! Wir haben es sehr genossen - vielen Dank Maura! Viele Grüße Familie Huppertz

De superbes vacances

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans la villa de Maura ! Maison très propre, bien équipée et un cadre époustouflant ! La vue, le spa, le terrain de tennis, tout était parfait. Le tout avec la gentillesse de Maura. Nous recommandons cette villa !

Schöne, geschmackvolle Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet, auf der großen Terrasse kann man sehr schön sitzen und die Abenddämmerung genießen. Für den Weg zu schönen Stränden braucht man ca. eine halbe Stunde. Den Tennisplatz haben wir viel genutzt, er ist allerdings nicht mehr im Bestzustand. Die Vermieterin Maura ist sehr nett und kümmert sich umgehend, wenn etwas fehlt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles perfekt

Tolles Haus, alles, was beschrieben wird, entspricht der Wirklichkeit, mit allem, was du willst, viele verschiedene Utensilien und Zubehör für die Küche, fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Gute Lage, sehr schöne Aussicht. Wer braucht Privatsphäre und Ruhe und keine laute Straße, ist dies der Ort für Sie. Wir hatten viel Spaß und entspannt. In der Hitze nicht so heiß, da oben weht eine Brise. Ein großes Gelände, viel grün, rund um die Olivenbäume, alles erfreut das Auge.Tennis gespielt, jedoch morgens und abends, bis es heiß ist. Supermärkte und Strand in 15-20 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto. Fahrzeug empfohlen.

Traumhaftes Haus

Ein traumhaftes geräumiges Haus mitten im Naturschutzgebiet, wo alles grün und ruhig ist. Grosszügige Parkplätze (locker für 3 Autos). Ich war ertaunt über Ausstattung inkl. drei moderne Badezimmer je mit Regendusche. Das Haus ist neu renoviert, liebevoll, geschmackvoll und gemütlich aber auch modern eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt nichts, Geschirrvorrat reicht für eine Hochzeitparty aus. Jedes Zimmer ist mit Liebe zum Detail durchdacht. Der Offen draussen hat unsere Abende richtig bereichert. In dem Haus ist alles was man für ein ...auch längeren... Aufenthalt braucht. Solch saubere Domizil ist in Italien kaum zu treffen. Zum Meer muss man ca 30 min mit dem Auto fahren dafür sind die wunderschöne Strände von San Felice Circeo perfekt für Paare mit Kindern. Das vorhandene WLAN ist kaum zu nutzen. Aber das Einzige was uns gestört hat - dass wir da nur Paar Nächte -Aufenthalt geplant hatten. Würde da gerne längere Zeit bleiben. Die Gastgeberin ist unbeschreiblich nett, unkompliziert und wahrnsinnig intelligent. Ist perfekt für zwei Paare und 2 Kindern.

Two weeks of italian happiness

What a wonderful place! What a lovely and marvelous house! It's a fairy tale. Really. This fantastic and splendid villa is like a little fairy palace between admirable hills. In this house we have had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, Internet (Wi-Fi), barbecue in the garden... We have spent two absolutely unbelievable and unforgettable weeks. Great garden with olive trees, large terrace. Exciting sunsets and sunrises. Fresh and clean mountain air. Pleasant coolness in summer heat. It takes only 20-30 minutes to get to the sea by car. Sandy beaches of Terracina, Sperlonga, Sabaudia are miraculous. From villa it's easy (also by car) to get to a lot of places of interest: Rome, Naples, Pompeii, Vesuvio, Sermoneta, Alatri, Arpino, Anagni, Fiuggi, abbeys of Fossanova, Montecassino, Casamari, Trisulti. Not far from the house is a remarkable trattoria-pizzeria "Camposoriano". The whole huge garden of the villa is fenced. So our dog (Irish setter) was happy to run and to play free there. And we enjoyed playing tennis on the tennis court of the villa. Great thanks to the hospitable and kindly hostess Maura!!! We'll be back certainly! P.S. When somebody asks me if there's really so good, I answer: there's even better, than I can describe and you can imagine.

"Très jolie maison au cal...

"Très jolie maison au calme dans la montagne. Comptez 20minutes pour vous rendre en ville:à la plage. A votre arrivée, prévoyez de la place dans votre coffre pour faire vos courses tout de suite! Accueil de Maura excellent, la maison est très agréable et on y apprécie la fraicheur le soir en été, un peu moins les moustiques, mais là encore, Maura y a laissé des bougies à la citronnelle très efficaces. Ville de Terraccina superbe et Rome à 1h30 en train. Un superbe séjour."

"Casa Maura has a delight...

"Casa Maura has a delightful location in the high Terracina Mountains, about 10 minutes drive on a small road leading directly from the centre of Terracina to Cascano. The house is situated among olive trees, in a very peaceful position, next to the Campo Soriano Nature Park (vineyards and more olivetrees). There is a lot of space inside the house, and an ideal terrace for breakfast and dinner outside with view through the mountains towards the plain of Latina 400 meters below, with lovely sunsets. Maura is the very friendly proprietor of the house, and you can ask her anything during your stay: there is a welcome gift on arrival (typical products). You only have to be in good walking condition, because the house is surrounded by very hilly terrain, with a stairway in the house itself. There are perfect parking possibilities for your car and all amenities you need (...barbecue, outside pizza-oven) and a even a tenniscourt. The kitchen is a little bit small. Overall the house is very inviting and a very nice place to spend your holiday in an authentic Italian district "The Riviera d''Ulisse" !"

"Het huis ligt op 10 km b...

"Het huis ligt op 10 km buiten Terracina, mooi uitzicht en mooie tuin met tennisbaan! Eigenaresse(maura) ontvangt je erg vriendelijken ontvangt je met een fles wijn en wat lekkers!Buiten kun je overal lekker zitten (echter er zijn maar twee ligstoelen, dus als je met meerdere personen bent is dat wat weinig). Binnen is het typisch italiaans, keuken is erg simpel en weinig ontbijtborden en glazen. Bedden zijn prima. Douche is keurig en woonkamer is ook prima. Gezellige grote eettafel in de keuken. Omgeving van Sperlonga is erg mooi, mooie stranden. In sperlonga kun je een bootje huren om de zee op te gaan. Rome is per trein in ruim een uur te bereiken, je hebt voor €10,50 een retour, incl de tram en metro en bus. De plek is een aanrader voor wie van rust en ruimte en een mooi uitzicht houdt!"

"Signora P. vermietet ein herrliches Haus in traumhafter Lage. Die Küche ist einfach eingerichtet, aber alles ist genügend vorhanden und sauber. Die große Terrasse, der riesige Garten, der Tennisplatz (incl.Schläger und Bälle) und natürlich der Kicker - alles trägt dazu bei, die Urlaubszeit genießen zu können. Dazu gibt es wunderbare Ziele in der Umgebung: Terracina selbst (12 min. m.d. Auto), Sperlonga, Gaeta, der wunderbare Dünenstrand von Sabaudia (40 min), sogar der Vesuv und Pompeji sind gut zu erreichen (gut 2h). Signora P. ist eine unkomplizierte und freundliche Vermieterin, die Übergabe bei An- und Abreise war sehr relaxed, die Ankunft herzlich."

"The house is situated in a quiet surroundings. It has a lot of space and very nice terraces, we enjoyed every day in this beautiful house. The first necessities (coffee, tea, water)were available and if we wanted know something,one phonecall was enough. In de neighbourhood there is a lot of culture,nature,pleasure and shops. "Très agréable séjour dans cette grande et belle maison , propre et calme ( on y vit aisément à 4 ou 5 personnes ). Le cadre est magnifique, avec un paysage idéal de montagnes douces qui moutonnent, et d''oliveraies, avec la mer comme promesse ( 10 Km de la maison ). Maura la propriétaire est très sympathique ( Surprise agréable à notre arrivée avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue ). Nous ne garderons que de bons souvenirs de notre passage dans la jolie maison blanche de Cascano, et je n''oublie pas le majestueux chêne vert à l''ombre protectrice duquel nous avons si souvent profité du plaisant paysage de cette belle Italie du Sud."

"La casa è più bella che ...

"La casa è più bella che nelle foto: è grande, ben disposta e squisitamente arredata, immersa nel verde e con tanti spazi da vivere: un giardino stracolmo di ulivi, un campo da tennis, ma soprattutto una grande zona ombreggiata e panoramica che ci ha regalato incantevoli tramonti!! E'' inoltre completamente recintata e il nostro cane (di città) ha potuto finalmente correre e giocare felice!!... E'' un po'' distante dal mare, mi sento quindi di consigliarla a chi vuole ritagliarsi un tempo speciale a contatto con la natura, in compagnia degli amici, degli affetti. La squisita accoglienza della sig.ra Maura aggiunge inoltre dolcezza al luogo e al ricordo!"
