Shippon Roost is a detached stone cottage based in the North Wales village of Parc, near Bala. It boasts three bedrooms, comprising of a double, a twin and a bunk room, the property sleeps up to six people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a log burner. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking and a lawned garden. Shippon Roost is a welcoming cottage based in an excellent location for walking, watersports or simply relaxing.

Beautiful escape from city life

Really peaceful beautiful location. Stunning views. Kids loved playing on the front. Watersports in Bala were great too.

Excellent cottage in a beautiful location.

A very pretty , well equipped cottage that all the family loved. It provided the perfect base to explore Snowdonia. The owner is very friendly and we appreciated her help and advice.
