Little Resugga is a stone barn conversion situated near Penwithick in Cornwall. It has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, as well as a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is off road parking and a rear garden with a lawn and a patio with furniture. Little Resugga is a delightful cottage in a great location for exploring Cornwall. Within 3 miles of the Eden Project with access via a public footpath. Note: The property doesn't accept children under 6 years of age.
Amenities: Ample off road private parking. Secure storage for bikes and boards. Underfloor heating downstairs, school column radiators upstairs, multi-fuel stove. Induction hob, electric oven, integral fridge freezer, washing machine, Kitchen Aid coffee maker. TV’s DVD, Xbox, books, games, jigsaws etc. Sumptuous bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. South facing lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ
