A spacious, detached barn set in the village of Eardisland in Herefordshire, it can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms.
Timber Barn is a tremendous barn conversion located in the village Eardisland in Herefordshire. It has six bedrooms made up of a super king-size, a twin zip/link and two twins all with en-suites, there is also a king-size as well as a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep twelve people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, there is also another kitchen, a utility and a living/dining room. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking. Timber Barn is an incredible barn in a wonderful location.
Amenities: Oil central and underfloor heating, electric fire & wood burning stove laid ready with starter pack included. Linen, towels, electricity and WIFI all included. Electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezers x2, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2x TV’s with freeview, selection of puzzles, books and games.
Outside there is ample off road parking. Courtyard garden with tables and 12 chairs for outside dining, BBQ. Use of one private Hot Tub and Tennis Court. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry no smoking in the property (‘smokers’ Gazebo with wonderful views over Welsh hills). Shop, 2 pubs and tea rooms within a 5 minute drive (1 mile). The property only accepts Friday to Friday bookings
