This unit features a great floor plan and renovation. The unit is engrossed in sunlight from the wall of sliders facing the boat basin and ICW. The modern design is classic & comfortable. Enjoy the relaxing master suite with queen bed, guest suite has 2 twins and large sofa is a premium queen pull-out. There is a large flat screen in the living area, in the master suite and another in the guest bedroom (3 total). This condo is very attractive and in a great location close to beaches and restaurants. Owner was very responsive. It is on the third floor so wouldn’t be appropriate for people who struggle with stairs. Close to bridge to the mainland for anything you might need. Nice deck overlooking the canal and intra coastal. Lovely pool and tennis courts on premises. I would definitely stay there again.

It was exactly as pictured, clean, and homey. The back deck gives a gorgeous view of the sunrise in the morning, and the beach access is convenient, not requiring any driving! We enjoyed our stay!

This condo is a good value for the price. The owner, Clint, is responsive to any concerns or difficulties. We did not think to ask when we rented this condo, and I don’t recall reading in the information, but visitors should be aware that 4 sets of stairs are necessary to get to this condo. There is no elevator.

Very clean and in a good location. We did have a problem with the exterior door handle that was not resolved while we were staying there. Communication with the property manager was very good. Perfect size for a family of 4 with 2 children. We will be back!

First time at Siesta Key

We had a fantastic stay at the condo. It was aGreat location and access to the beach was just a short walk. Condo was bright and comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the lanai by the inter coastal. The white sandy beach is incredible. We now know why it’s voted best beach in USA!! We loved playing tennis and pickleball and met lots of great people.
